La residenza a due piani del cantiere navale può ospitare fino a 6 persone. Ideale per le coppie. In bicicletta lungo i sentieri per il tempo libero che si snodano attraverso il cantiere navale, gli ospiti hanno un facile accesso all'Oceano Atlantico e al resort sull'oceano Crowne Plaza. Coloro che scelgono di rilassarsi più vicino a casa godono della vista sul campo da golf dal patio al primo piano o dalla piscina isolata in loco. Per gli appassionati di tennis, Waterford ha campi privati ad uso esclusivo dei proprietari e dei loro ospiti. This rental was very close to the pool, the beach was actually closer than described, walk is not terrible about 20 min walk however there is a free shuttle service that is excellent! Location is perfect, we have stayed in shipyard many years, rental was very spacious and clean. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

The home was beautiful and lots of room. Close to the beach like 8 minutes we love that. Check the outlets some of them don’t work.The light outside didn’t help for walking to the car at night was so dark. The beds should not be as hard other then that the place was beautiful and nice I will stay again thanks for sharing your home

Nice week long stay with life long friends, unit was clean and warming when we arrived, somewhat outdated, but very affordable.

The property is dated, which is fine when everything works. When we arrived we put some things in the refrigerator, the door handle fell off in my wife's hand. The property managers came out and fixed it promptly. Later that night we used the upstairs bathroom sink and couldn't turn it off. It was late so calling the management would have been useless so I had to turn off the valves under the sink to get it to turn off. Called the management company in the morning and they were able to get a plumber out to fix it. One of the burners on the stove wasn't working, I looked at it and found it to be unplugged from its socket, no problem, quick fix. Then we tried to bake some chicken only to find that the oven did not work. We called the management company again but they were unable to do anything about this.
I don't mind the out dated furnishings or the old appliances, but I am renting a place and I expect the stuff there to be working. I asked about any kind of compensation after all of the issues we had over out 3 night stay. The info was "passed on to the owner to work something out" but so far there has been no communication. From them.
