La casa è affascinante e recentemente ristrutturata. Uno stile hacienda del 1920 con pavimenti in legno, pietra di Gerusalemme, piastrelle spagnole e rinnovato. Tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli interni sono nuovi di zecca.
La casa si trova in una strada tranquilla ed è molto accogliente con un bel camino, un fico e un patio con cortile italiano con barbecue e grande tavolo esterno, chaise e sedie per intrattenere.
C'è una cucina completa con ripiani in granito, piano cottura e tavolo da pranzo, lavatrice e asciugatrice e un bagno completo.
La casa e le camere sono arredate con gusto. La casa è completa di libri, dvd e attrezzature sportive. La casa è completa di lenzuola, asciugamani e tutti i kool da cucina.
Sarebbe fantastico per una coppia, single o piccola famiglia in vacanza o il passaggio a Santa Barbara.

I absolutely adored this property! There was six of us (three couples) and we all fit comfortably. We were in SB for my wedding and the house was perfect for all of our pictures. We even received a sweet congratulatory note with a bottle of wine and flowers once we arrived. The host was responsive and the property was immaculate. The location was great too! I would definitely recommend this property and would love to come back for an anniversary stay!

Our group was a few friends all UCSB alumni and their partners in town for a wedding. The house was great, located in a quieter neighborhood but just a short Lyft ride to downtown or to the beach. We loved the backyard, complete with a big dining table for outdoor dining. The set up of the house was perfect for 5 adults to both have their privacy but also enough communal space for us to all hang out together in the living room or kitchen. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and appreciated the quiet and privacy of the master bedroom while my friends hung out in the living room. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great property and Rachel is a fantastic and responsive host. Everything was as expected, anything we had a question or needed addressing was immediately resolved. Thank you Rachel and look forward to spending time in your house again soon.

My husband, toddler and I stayed here for nearly a week and had a great time. The location is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet/safe and a 15 min bike ride to downtown, marina, beach, etc, zoo, botanical gardens, and pretty much anything else you'd want to do in SB. The backyard is amazing for kids- completely enclosed. The host is super responsive and attentive. Had no issues. Highly recommended!

As a past resident of Santa Barbara, our stay in Westside cottage gave us the feeling of being home again. The cottage captures the ambiance of Santa Barbara. After reading some of the questionable reviews, I was a little nervous, but, the house was clean, communication and check-in was easy. We loved our stay. I don't know what those people were talking about.
The kitchen was clearly stocked by a cook. We found everything we needed. The living room was charming and comfortable. The house was light. Our visit was over the holidays, so we didn't use the backyard, but I enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the yard through the French doors in my bedroom.
I will not hesitate to stay here again.

The bungalow was perfect for a long weekend stay for 2 couples. We met my daughter and her husband here for 4 nights. The house accommodated all of us very comfortably, especially with the 2 BRs at different ends of the house. The weather was perfect so we took advantage of the beautiful patio as well as the grill. The location is great—quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. Great for walking too! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We had a wonderful time!!

I over paid for this rental. Felt ripped off by owner. House was dirty/old. Had sewage smell coming from dishwasher/garbage disposal. Shower was clogged. Would like over half my money back for this gross rental.

Everything went perfectly and this house was very good for three couples travelling together.
Nice garden with outside patio with table and chairs for breakfast and dinner.
1 or 2 miles away from downtown.
