oceano stupefacente e nero vista sulla spiaggia di sabbia di questa unità all'ultimo piano rara, a pochi passi dalla Kamaole Ho Park Beach, che è stato votato da Conde Naste come una delle migliori spiagge del mondo. Completamente aggiornato con top-of-the linea di apparecchi nel 2014 e nuovo di zecca AC centrale installata giugno del 2014 La camera da letto, il soggiorno e la cucina si affacciano sull'oceano permettendo l'optimum in vista sull'oceano. Arredate con gusto con un arredamento tropicale / contemporanea. Un rifugio perfetto casa vacanza. I servizi includono una zona barbecue sul tetto, ascensori e piscina fronte oceano. Sperimentare una vasta gamma di cena e negozi raggiungibili a piedi, golf di classe mondiale e varie altre attività ricreative disponibili anche nelle vicinanze.

The unit was well appointed and as described. Although we only used one of the bedrooms, having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view was great for watching whales, and the unit was within walking distance to several restaurants.

Great communication, condo just as described… view was even better than expected. Location is perfect for all the Maui must do’s during our stay.

The top floor condo was wonderful! The view is incredible. We enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai. Everything you could need is at this condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful from the lanai. The Royal Mauian is a quiet and relaxing complex.

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the great location in Kihei, which made exploring Maui easy and convenient. The condo was clean, check-in was simple, and the owner was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. We also appreciated the starter supplies, including coffee, basic toiletries, and enough trash bags to get us through our visit — a thoughtful and helpful touch.While the location is very convenient, guests should note that there is notable noise coming from the public beach and the road. We found it to be less disturbing when we were inside with the windows shut.There are a few areas where the condo could benefit from some updates. The towels and linens could be refreshed. While everything we needed was available, guests who are particular about linens or pillows may want to bring their own. We also found the beds to be on the very soft, which may come down to personal preference.We did notice one insect on our first day, which we understand can occasionally happen in a tropical environment. We did not see any others during the remainder of our stay and don’t feel it reflects the overall cleanliness of the condo.With some minor updates, this condo could be an even better option, especially given its strong location, cleanliness, and attentive ownership.
