Property was fine. I would have liked a washer and dryer in the condo. Office was very difficult to contact thus poor ratings for check in and property management.

Great location! Right on the beach and across from John’s Pass. The trolley stop is steps away. We took it to Clearwater Beach and St Pete’s Beach.

I had a confusing interaction with a cleaning person and I may have offended the host a bit. That was not a typical check in day for anyone im sure. That aside -
The place is pretty typical of a sea side vacation home built sometime in the 90s or so. Everything you need is there (beach chairs, toys, beach towels etc) everything makes sense (wifi, lights, TV) and is clearly communicated. The laundry facility is right around the corner from the condo and everyone seems to take care of it well and is respectful. You will need quarters to operate it.
If anyone happens to be traveling with little ones, I noticed the bedroom that has one large bed also has a very large closet, big enough to set up a pack and play for naps. The fan for the bathroom could also double as a white noise machine :-) it stays pretty dark and quiet in that area of the place. Just a tip if you are a mom trying to think of EVERYTHING.

Great location on Maderia Beach...walking distance to Johns Pass and various local establishments. Right on the beach with great access. No hiccups, easy communication, everything went super smoothly.

We had a girls trip and this property was PERFECT. Centrally located. Beach access. Saltwater heated pool. Great condo. Property owner was accommodating and a great communicator. Would highly recommend!

The bed in the second bedroom was not very good but the rest of the flat was very good the balcony faced a wall but you could just see the beach. The pool was good and easy to get to the beach. Easy reach to the broadway some very nice shops and restaurants Caddy’s was the best one that we found.

Apartment was very lovely with everything we needed. Clear information and easy to check in. Location superb with pool and beach close by. Really enjoyed our stay.

There was a little issue when we got there, but that was resolved quickly and we had a great time. Loved the location right on the beach, which was silky soft sand. And you are right across from John’s Pass Village so very walkable to restaurants and shops.

Property was very clean, and in an excellent lccation, right across the street from John's Pass. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking/ dining items. Appreciate the fact that the balcony had a table and chairs, and also contained beach chairs, floats, noodles and boogie board. Though not beach front, unit had a nice view of the beach.

Super place direct on the beach, 2 feets to Jonh pass village. The condo have a beautiful view on the sea even if the balcon is on the side.

We travel to this area quite often for vacation and always have a good time. This time was no different. The place was nice and clean. It was very convenient with the beach accessories available and we felt right at home. Owner’s communication was nothing short of great. I would definitely recommend this unit and will be staying again in the future.

The condo was clean but severely outdated. Barely any toilet paper in bathrooms to start out, we knew we had to buy more, but other condos at least give full new rolls. Used boxes of kleenex that had been there for quite a while. Smelled stale and mildew. Overall needs some TLC.

Fun weekend in Madeira Beach and the condo was great location to enjoy the beach, food, bars, & shopping! We didn't spend a lot of time inside but bed was comfy enough. It would be helpful if the name of the condo development was given in the check in instructions - there are side by side buildings and GPS took us to the wrong one first. We would stay again!

The owner, Barb, was so nice and easy to get in touch with. We had a great time swimming in the pool and going to the beach. The condo was spacious and very clean. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Barbara was incredible to work with. She was communicative and immediately available to help with all our needs. I highly recommend working with her. The location of this property is beyond convenient. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We hope to return again.

We had a great vacation overall but I need a good nights sleep and the foam toppers on the mattresses did not do it for me. The cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail for sure.

I was unable to go (due to some health issues) but my Daughter, her husband & their two kids (4 & 6 months) absolutely loved the Condo, it’s location, cleanliness & sense of security (needed codes to navigate the building). Everything was as advertised and we plan to go again when I am feeling better, perhaps an even longer stay next time (they were there 3 nights).

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Location is perfect. The beach on one side, and a dinner restaurant zone across the street. My college daughters found plenty to do, and the pool is perfectly warm. The condo itself was ideally size for the four of us. We will be back!

Awesome location, clean property - including the pool! Unit is a little dated and master bed is a bit worn, but overall nice place to stay!

This is our 6th year staying at this condo and it was wonderful as usual. Perfect location to John's Pass (right across the street) and beach. Clean and comfortable. Love having beach chairs and sand toys already there so we don't have to pack or buy all that stuff. We look forward to our next stay here!
