Benvenuti in THE SAND CASTLE - TERZO PIANO TERRA! Recentemente ristrutturato nel 2014 e ristrutturato condominio al terzo piano nella Torre 4. Cucina rimodellata: parete rimossa, ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con piano superiore piatto e nuovo frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Nuova lavasciuga e asciugatrice full size. Intero condominio piastrellato. Granito in entrambi i bagni. Nuovo divano letto 2016.
Amerai questo condominio di 1375 piedi quadrati molto spazioso - molto più grande della maggior parte dei condomini sulla spiaggia! Tutte le camere sono fronte oceano. Non litigare per chi ottiene la camera da letto con la vista fantastica! Entrambe le camere hanno finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con una porta privata sul grande balcone con nuovi mobili da giardino. Una delle viste più belle di Panama City Beach!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti queen size - copriletti di design nuovi. Ogni camera ha un ampio bagno con vasca da giardino di grandi dimensioni (master ha una vasca idromassaggio) e ogni bagno ha una doppia vanità con enorme specchio. Ampia cabina armadio in ogni camera. Ogni camera ha un nuovo 32 'HDTV e lettore dvd.
Il soggiorno ha un divano letto queen size commerciale. Materasso molto comodo (progettato in modo professionale per non sentire le molle). Nuovo HDTV da 55 '. Poltrona reclinabile e altra sedia rilassante.

I’ll begin with the communication with the owner. She answers immediately and texted us to let us know we could check in early. Absolutely gorgeous! Pics don’t do it justice. Balcony was breathtaking. Beach service as well as chairs/toys in the closet. All dishes/utensils, keurig, coffee maker, and working laundry room. Beds were comfortable. Starter bathroom and kitchen supplies. Ice maker! If you wish to skip the elevator, the condo is two steps from the top of the stairs. Parking is fabulous! Everything is close by. I will definitely be using Tammy again. Thanks again!

We spent several years trying to find THE place that we'd come back to year after year. We found it in this condo. The location is fantastic, the condo exactly fits our needs, it's on the 3rd floor so we can take the stairs instead of the elevator if we want, the view is great, and it's in walking distance to WalMart (the store and the liquor store), Putt Putt, ice cream, Ripley's, to-go frozen margaritas, and souvenir stores. We plan to book every year. Tammy is great with communication too. You won't regret renting this condo.

My family and I visit PCB every other year as a tradition and have always stayed at the Shores of Panama. We decided to try something different and were delighted with this gorgeous condo. We have 3 girls ages 8-17, and the bedroom with two queen beds was perfect for them. My bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and plenty of room. We loved having access to the large balcony from our bedrooms. The beach is MUCH less crowded than other places as well. My kids were able to play football and soccer with plenty of room to run around. Tammy was so easy to work with and got us into the condo early. We highly recommend this condo and plan on coming back again!

We have been staying at Long Beach for almost 2 decades. We found Tammy's condo because the one we usually rent was booked. We are glad it was. This unit was more updated and we were able to check in early due to us having an early morning flight. Tammy was really easy to deal with and made the process even easier. We will most likely book with this unit for our annual family trips to the beach.

We were so impressed with the condo, the beach and the view. Everything was so perfect... I wouldn't change a single thing. The condo had everything we could ask for and the communication between the owner and I was excellent. Thank you Tammy for a wonderful vacation!!! Can't wait to return next year!

Well done with everything you will need. Outside balcony is a great place to sit, sip and watch the seas. The beach is great for walking and the selection of seafood restaurants (all fresh) are what we came for. Highly recommend this 3rd floor large 2 bedroom ,2 bath condo will return!

This condo was beautiful and everything about our stay was exceptional. Easy to check in, easy to find, close to so many wonderful places to eat and a beautiful beach! Loved having the floor to ceiling windows to enjoy our view from inside since it was chilly while we’re there. My family and I definitely want to stay here again!

I had a great stay at Tammy’s property! She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was clean and equipped with just about everything you could ask for. We loved going to the beach and then to the pool. We were close to plenty of restaurants and Wal-mart to pick up groceries and last minute needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful. The views exceeded my expectations. The condo is very clean, cute, updated, and fully stocked. The ceiling to floor windows in both bedrooms are amazing as well. Loved the lagoon pool as well as the smaller pool. Tammy was very easy to work with. She called when the place was ready so we could get in early. The view from the third floor is perfect. I hadn't been to PCB since I was a kid and it was a great first return.

The location was great! You could even walk to Walmart if needed! The view was amazing! Never had to wait for the elevator so that was a plus! Parking was easy, much better then a parking garage! We have stayed in PCB for many years and this was the best condo we have found! Thanks for a great vacation experience!

The condo was spacious, kitchen has everything you need, from regular coffee maker and a Keurig to pots and pans, to blenders and crock pots. The bedrooms are large, beds were comfortable and the view amazing! The balcony was our enjoyed thoroughly, from coffee in the morning, to watching the sunsets. Thank you, Tammy!

Long Beach Resort
We’ve stayed in several condos in Panama and this was our favorite. You have several pools to choose from and none were crowed. The beach had a calm family friendly atmosphere. Not overly crowded like so many other condos. They were doing so work on the outside of the building that did close the pool closet to us for a few days but the other pools were close enough to enjoy. We loved that the beach area and the pools were not packed. Tammy had everything in the condo we needed plus some. We had an issue with a smell in the condo and she had the problem taken care of within 30 minutes. Checkin was so easy. Tammy personally called when the condo was cleaned so we could get in asap. We really enjoyed our stay at Long Beach Resort and will be going back.

Great place to vacation
Wonderful location, beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. Pictures are true representation of condo. Tammy was a very good communicator and made sure to check in with us on several occasions. Despite the overwhelming heat, the condo was cool, clean and amenities worked perfectly. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The beds were super comfy and Tammy, the owner, responded immediately when we had a couple of issues. The bath towels were real quality and the beach was fantastic along with the included beach chairs. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes to prepare and eat our meals and being within walking distance to Pineapple Wiley’s was a plus. We couldn’t have asked for a better time.

We had the best time for our spring break. Tracy’s condo just made it that much better. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and had the perfect view. We will definitely Tracy again!

The third floor location is ideal, we almost never took the elevator so we never had to wait. The balcony is definitely the selling point for the condo. However my favorite spot turned out to be right by the window in the master. Beautiful and sunny - perfect for reading in the morning.

Great Condo!!
We really enjoyed Tammy’s condo! We were there for a month, and everything was there to make our stay most comfortable. The beds were really great, and that’s a plus!! Loved the floor plan. Great view from all rooms. Thank you Tammy for answering our questions quickly!! Would definitely stay again!

This place has lots of shopping and great restaurants near by. The lagoon pool was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs reserved for our stay and the guest bedroom closet is filled with additional beach chairs, floats, and beach toys for your stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. This condo was absolutely amazing and we can't wait to come back! I definitely recommend staying here!
