Price is the best feature, followed by the air conditioner. It’s pretty clean and check-in and -out were efficient.

Not many frills, which works well if you just went a place to stay. The only soap/shampoo available appeared to be hand soap.

The toilet is clean! The water pressure is good! Bedsheets and towels are fresh too. Oh, the door equiped with alarm. If you didn't shut the door properly, it will trigger the alarm.

The floor is a bit dirty. When we wipe, there was dust. Also, the aircond remote was not working. We couldnt adjust the temperature.

The most cheaper and comfortable place to stay. Recommended. Always booked here to stay will i visiting semporna. Eventhough a little bit far from jetty but not to far just walk by 5-10min only. Nearby to laundry, nearby to shops, just walk in town. Got place to hang our wet clothes

Some ants in toilet and around the bed Staff is not very good at English, sometimes difficult to communicate Far from the jetty, not friendly for divers Not very safe at night, many wild dogs when we go back to hotel Ran out of water for 2 days.. Bathroom is not separated with toilet, not even a curtain in the middle, so the floor are always wet

Staff at the desk was super friendly. We arrived pretty late in the evening and everything was ready for us and nice and clean.

You could smell a bit of a cigarette smell in the hallway. Not sure if they have smoking rooms, but not the most clean smell you can get from a room.

Clean and in the middle of the town. Easy to find restaurant

No TV in the room.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location, good rooms.
