Breakfast was great, good presentation and variety. Location was superb but noisy.
Bad odor from bathrooms pipes since our room was in the basement. That was very unpleasant! No hangers for towels or clothing. No stand table for our suitcases so we open them in the floor. Small sink with no space to place our toiletries. The shower was too open with no doors so all the floor got wet, one even had water that went into the bedroom.

great location, some good staff some great and went the extra mile to solve any issues.
my room had no closet for hanging cloths so you have to live out your suitcase but had huge kitchenette and jacuzzi in the room

IS DISGUSTING GROSS AND VERY UNSAFE
there is prostitution at this hotel and they allow it so there is dangerous dirty people coming in and out at all hours and times

it was not what expected. it looked dirty
Dirty towels. dirty comforter, AC was broken they fixed it and it woke me up with a loud noise. the janitor was very pleasant and tried his best to get it to work but was very inconvenience for the huge price we paid. for the same price there were better locations. Also the 2 bedroom apartment has no windows and is super tight. not happy at all compare to my other stays in Guatape and Medellín Poblado área. I will never stay here again

I love the finishes in these lofts. Floors and counters are great. Stainless steel appliances. I felt safe due to the door person 24 hours a day. The staff are very quick to respond to the needs of their guests.
The only dislike is a small one. I would like a little bigger waste baskets. Mostly just the common area.
