Vieni sulla spiaggia di Silverstrand e goditi questa casa ristrutturata sulla spiaggia che si trova vicino al "Molo", la casa ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, ingressi separati per ogni piano, l'ingresso al 1 ° piano ha una doccia esterna per lavare via la sabbia prima di camminare nel porta d'ingresso, soggiorno a destra con divani, TV a schermo piatto con cavo e lettore DVD, letto matrimoniale a scomparsa a sinistra, una camera da letto con letto king size, relax e vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto e dal soggiorno. Bagno completo con asciugamani e lenzuola fornite. Cammina fuori e sali le scale fino alla zona giorno principale con divano letto matrimoniale, ampie finestre per le migliori viste sul porto e sull'oceano! 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno completo. La 1a camera da letto ha 1 letto king size, la 2a camera da letto ha una regina, il bagno è stato ristrutturato con stile, questa è una casa sulla spiaggia fantastica che ti piacerà! Garage ha tavolo da ping pong e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Tutti i noleggi includono lenzuola e asciugamani. La casa è una casa vacanza completamente arredata, questa casa in affitto a notte e settimanalmente *

Best vacation ever! The garage is full of so many toys, bikes, boogie boards, wet suits, chairs- it made packing for the trip so much easier. We did have a few things that could have been improved upon like the coffee maker didn't work and some of the throw rugs and pillow coverings were pretty worn but otherwise... a beautiful home, great vibe and wonderful experience.

This was our second year of renting the property. We loved the location. It was perfect for our two families. It was close to restaurants, grocery shopping & Channel Islands harbor. The 3 teens had the downstairs and the adults enjoyed the up stairs. Everything was furnished. We hope to rent the property in the future.

This was our 5th year at this great rental and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A couple of observations and/or recommendations:* The bottom step of the staircase leading to the second story is a concrete step that can cause someone going down the stairs to forget the step is there and trip & fall. This occurred with one of our visiting guest. I recommend painting this step white to conform with the rest of the steps. Also non-slip black strips should be added to each step since the staircase is often wet and slippery in the morning and has caused guests to slip in our past stays. Tape was added previously but was not present this year. * There was no dishwasher pods/powder.* One of the clothes dryers in the garage was not working. The extra dryer was very helpful in the past during the checkout process and was missed this year.

Great place, great location all amenities!! Opened up the garage and there was a ping pong table, 4 beach cruisers, about a dozen different sized wet suits, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella's all for our use!! The kids went crazy!! "I will be back!"
