Ocean view - Look at that view! It's even better when you're watching it with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in your hand! You can see the ocean, the beach, the estuary and Shamel Park!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time renting this house. Great ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to downtown. Clean, lots of kitchen utensils. Very comfortable King-size bed (we didn't use the downstairs bedroom). We enjoyed our stay!

Difficult to get in from parking area. Steps and slanted. Steps inside very steep to washing machine. Steps were slipper from living room to bedroom. Dog walking on streets was challenging due to traffic. Toilet paper was difficult to retrieve, toilet seat loose. I’m not nit picking, we rated this at the bottom of the rentals we have had, not only in Cambria but half dozen other towns. Sixth location in Cambria was very disappointing. They do have a good view from one corner of the living room.
