Beautiful property! The condo laid out perfectly for our family of 6. Plenty of space for meals, games. The balcony is so big and what a view!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice and the view was amazing. We were able to watch dolphins play 3 separate mornings. That was a bonus!

We had enough family here to fill 3 condos. The week was great and the condos were well maintained and pictures. We will be back!

The unit was perfect for our family! Everything was nice. The only issue was the ice machine was moldy. We had to clean.

Loved staying here, great location and the condo was very roomy and clean. Only complaint - need new sofas and chairs for living room and new cushions for outside chairs, they were all pretty badly stained and worn. Almost a 5 star.

The floor layout was good for our group size of 6. Condo has great dinning space and balcony view is incredible. A few issues: Neither icemakers worked, Wi-Fi was not password-protected. TV’s are dated and living room TV is starting to go out. Stayed on property the past 4 years but first time in this condo. The private parking space was a challenge to find and utilize as it was blocked by chairs and other equipment. Texted the owner about the ice maker, received a quick response that repairman was scheduled. Issue wasn’t resolved before we left but I sure it will be soon. Very minor issues, we did enjoyed our stay overall.

Our family of 8 really enjoyed the condo, it was spacious and clean. The balcony is impressively large and has a beautiful view of the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo with our family of 4 during our kids Spring Break. Home was very spacious, comfortable and even better than expected from the pictures. All around great vibe! Beautiful view from the large balcony with cozy lounge chairs and a large table to play cards/ games with our kids and having coffee and cocktails with my hubby. It was a great location and the condo development was very clean and offered wonderful amenities too. We really enjoyed our first vacation to Orange Beach and look forward to coming back!

Loved how 2 bedrooms had king beds and 2 twin beds in the other one, plus having 3 bathrooms was very nice! Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dining/living room was big enough to accommodate all our guests with room for more! The walk to the beach was so short and easy, probably my favorite part. Would definitely go back!

We have been going to admirals quarters for many year. We love the location! The only complaint we have is the pool was so cloudy. You couldn’t see beyond the very first step. We didn’t feel comfortable letting the kids swim in the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay! We thought the location was great and loved that the property itself wasn't huge. We've stayed places before that were so large and crowded that it made it almost impossible to catch an elevator and were really trying to avoid that here.
The condo itself is well-maintained and spacious. We had 8 adults and we all fit very nicely. We all were very happy with all the basics - air conditioner worked great, toilets didn't make any weird sounds, balcony was a great size, and the appliances in the kitchen/laundry room all worked well. The water pressure was maybe not the greatest I've experienced, but I'm not sure there's much that can be done for that on the owner's part.
We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

Extremely nice place to stay....had a family member who is in a wheelchair and everything was wheelchair accessible,,,was ramps to the pool and also to the beach! Everyone was pleased with there rooms and how friendly staff are!.....

Great location, great room!
Overall, this was one of the best properties we have stayed at in Orange Beach. The owners were very communicable, the place was spotless and had been upgraded to a very modern look. There were some downsides, just like every property. The specified parking spot for the condo was extremely small and could barely fit a sedan into it and the water pressure was very low. Other than that, it was a great trip!

We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area since the early 80's and have stayed at many condos streching from West Beach to Perdido and by far, this was the nicest place we have stayed. Everything was as presented and did not disappoint.

The pictures matched the property and the accommodations were great. Loved the locations proximity to everything. Kids loved hunting for sand crabs every night. Host was great and available for any questions we had prior to our stay.

Overall our stay at this property was pleasant and relaxing. The decor was nice and tasteful and furniture was in good shape and current. It was spacious and we loved the size of the balcony and the available outdoor table.
We initially had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen that the owner promptly resolved for us. We also encountered an issue with the glass door to the balcony getting stuck in an open position, which the owner then promptly resolved by having a handyman come out on a Sunday to fix.
The location was really nice and the view was great. The building was clean and staff were helpful. Our only recommendation would be for a little better stocked kitchen for preparing meals and eating seafood, at least one of the guest baths to have a removable shower head for bathing kids. We also recommend for repair of both sliding glass doors to the balcony so that they're not so difficult to open and close as it generally would take a man to open them as they are now.

Gulf front gorgeous
This condo was spacious, lovely, well appointed and the owners were very responsive. Location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. Beach was beautiful and we walked for miles.
The balcony was a fovorite hang out spot.
