Delizioso cottage rurale con ampia veranda e zona pranzo all'aperto. Ottima posizione vicino a M1. Accanto alla cantina di Cannibal Creek. 7 km da Gumbuya World e 6 km da Pakenham Racing -Tynong. 2 ampie camere da letto con una terza camera da letto che è collegata ma con accesso esterno. Completamente ridipinto, con un aggiornamento della cucina. Bagno datato ma dipinto di fresco e pulito. Grande lavanderia, posto auto coperto, aria condizionata evaporata, stufa a legna, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie e TV da 60 pollici. Internet wireless gratuito. Goditi la sensazione di campagna.

Gorgeous large home, perfect for our Easter long weekend with 5 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs. The bathrooms (and laundry) were beautifully renovated and decorated, with so many lovely soft towels and a large bath which the kids loved. And the underfloor heating was a much appreciated and enjoyed asset!!The bedrooms have beautiful linen and comfortable mattresses. We particularly loved the queen bed bunk beds - ideal for adults co-sleeping with kids. Living spaces are open with heaps of seating at the couches and a very long dining table which comfortably sat all 9 of us at once. The decking overlooks a stunning yard which was great for an Easter egg hunt. We loved the games to play outside as well. Great location next to the winery, with its own gate access. Winery is also dog friendly and has a cute outdoor area for the kids to play in. We found a bushy surrounded playground a short drive away in Maryknoll.Would definitely recommend this property to everyone in large groups. Truly stunning, very clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful Easter decorations from the hosts. Thanks again

An absolutely beautiful property. An amazing host. The property itself is stunning, peaceful and luxurious. The host has gone above and beyond to cater for their guests, Milk in the fridge, chocolate biscuits and all mod cons (heated floors in the bathrooms) a cupboard filled with family games, movies, extra linen and scrumptious towels in abundance! A feeling of home away from home was felt. we highly recommend this beautiful home and host. Hopefully we can stay again as it was just perfect in every way. A beautiful winery for lunch or just wine tasting was next door and walking distance (easy 1 min walk) if you're looking for a relaxing holiday home for a weekend or a week, this is the place to stay. The beautiful fire was glowing and warm when we arrived, and we instantly felt comfortable and relaxed. Thank you to our beautiful host - your warm welcome, easy check in process and your attention to detail to make our stay perfect was greatly appreciated.
