Una casa spaziosa e arredata con gusto, adatta per intrattenere gli amici nell'enorme grande sala (cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo formale) che si apre sul grande lanai piastrellato dove è possibile barbecue e cenare. Rilassatevi nella tana separato per guardare la TV,, lettura pranzo informale e napping. Dormire in una delle 3 camere da letto full size (2 w / letti king size, una w / 2 doppie), doccia fuori dalla protezione solare nella cabina doccia del bagno padronale (accessibile ai disabili), bagno per gli ospiti separato o doccia esterna. Tutte le camere e la Lanai hanno alta efficienza, ventole di raffreddamento silenziose che circolano costantemente l'aria tropicale e profumi.

The location of this house was perfect. It was in a quiet area across the street from the beach yet just a short distance away from several amenities. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered patio, cooking on the grill, and the fruit trees in the backyard. We also liked the convenience of being able to walk across the street to the beach and using the provided beach chairs/umbrellas. The air conditioning is centrally located in the living room but with the fans running, the cool air was circulated through the house. I would definitely recommend this place for an affordable, low key place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Kihei home in Maui! It was perfect for our family of five with our adult kids, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The layout worked great, and having three bedrooms with king beds was a huge plus.The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day.As others have mentioned, the yard is a great feature. While it was ideal for us, it would be especially perfect for families with younger kids who want space to run and play on the grass.We also loved having access to the pickleball courts. Bringing our paddles was definitely worth it!The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Lovely home base from which to explore/enjoy Maui! Fabulous location right across from the beach.

The property is all about location. The house is large enough to accommodate 8 persons (if bunkbeds were added in one of the larger bedrooms. The mattresses and bedding are in great need of an upgrade and the kitchen though well stocked, lacked good frying pans. Definitely would upgrade lighting over dining room table (which had no lighting) and guest bathroom ( very dark in the shower). The beach equipment is also in need of upgrades. Out of 6 beach chairs , one had a broken strap and the other is just old and rusty. We did play games but the dominos and rummy cub tiles were so dirty we had to wash the rummy tiles before using them and we left the dominos for the owner to take care of. Overall, the location to the beautiful beach was worth the disappointments of the interior of the house. Great location, great grill, quiet neighborhood, tennis court (5 stars) all other (3 stars).
