Ocean Front Immacolata 3br villa con vista mozzafiato sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca e acqua turchese cristallina del Mar dei Caraibi. Niente di più invitante che guardare l'alba dal tuo balcone! Tour della giungla assolutamente fantastici, vela, equitazione, immersioni subacquee e tante altre attività avventurose sono a pochi minuti di distanza.
La cucina divertente è aperta a una grande sala con vista sulla terrazza e dispone di un bancone in marmo. con l sgabelli da bar messicani per mangiare spazio opzionale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con utensili, elettrodomestici e stoviglie tra cui bicchieri margarita messicani soffiati a mano! La sala da pranzo adiacente ha 8 posti a sedere e un bellissimo lampadario in ferro messicano come punto focale. Mobili messicani in ogni stanza, bellissime ceramiche messicane e opere d'arte originali. Un drammatico ingresso presenta un pavimento in marmo circondato da roccia sfaccettata posata a mano - un capolavoro di artigianato messicano. l'atmosfera è un lusso messicano imperdonabile.

Linda was an excellent host - so communicative with many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We took her up on many of her suggestions and everything she suggested was great, especially the private catamaran. The property is well located in the middle of the Hotel Zone so it was easy to take Uber or the bus wherever we needed to go.

The condo was better than expected. The view was unobstructed with a clear view of the large pool, beach and ocean. The balcony is private security is 24/7 including a locked gate and security at the pool and beach access. There is a bar that serves food at the pool which we used each day.The mall is next to the condos and has a grocery store in it. There's also a few stores in the mall. They had restaurants within walking distance in both directions. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds are extremely comfortable. AC is controlled in each room, which was convenient. Linda was responsive and gave suggestions. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is PERFECT. The views are amazing. The beach is spectacular. 24/7 Security is excellent getting into the building area and also on the beach side. In the tourist zone of Cancun we felt safe at all times. Unit is very clean and cute. Comfy beds and sofas! So glad we went. We are planning on returning next year. Grocery store right across the street. The unit has beach chairs and an umbrella but instead opted to rent beach loungers and umbrellas all set up right on the beach for a very reasonable price. So easy. When we weren't swimming int the ocean or sitting on the beach we sat and swam in the pool which is also amazing. They keep everything so clean on the property. Easy to communicate with manager via what's app. Highly recommend.

The ocean view was stunning!We enjoyed the proximity to the supermarket, restaurants and things fun most of all.
