The host was very attentive and respectful of my grievances. In our contract we were told about construction but not about the major demolition that involved the use of Jack hammers and grinders. On many days the dust from the work was unbearable, you couldn’t even walk out in the parking list without getting a mouthful of dust. When we first put our deposit on the unit the host told us that the workers were not on our unit but they were right next door also he said that the pool was about to open. A week before we came down we were informed that the pool would not be open which it probably won’t be for another year. All in all pretty disappointing. To be honest even the furniture was far from satisfactory I think the host should look at other units asking his price and see what they offer. The work on the unit probably won’t be completed for close to another year hopefully if the storm season doesn’t push it back any further.

Host was helpful and very responsive. House was well furnished and a beautiful view of the ocean and those sunrises

Great area and location. Excellent owner. Took care of anything immediately!

I loved the peace and quiet. It's far enough from the more crowded areas further south on the Island. The beach was beautiful. Great location. The condo was ready for us when we arrived, and our owner was quick to answer any questions we had. 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay. Anthony is a great host who was very responsive to any requests or questions we had. This complex has the most friendly people who made our stay even better. Many have been coming there for years.
