** Nel 2019 la piscina sarà chiusa dal 9 settembre al 16 settembre. Ogni anno la piscina sarà chiusa per una settimana, a partire dal secondo lunedì del mese.

Rilassatevi sulla vostra veranda privata o di fare un passo fuori il vostro Lanai sul prato ben curato, che si separa dal mare da pochi passi. Questo condominio Ocean Front è situato al piano terra. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno è appena fuori della camera da letto. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto, permettendo a questa unità di ospitare fino a due (2) persone. Questa unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata e una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Questa è la vostra casa lontano da casa, ma questa casa è di fronte all'oceano! We stayed at Sugar Beach resort in 2016 but a different unit. We have been trying to find a time to come back for a while and jumped at the chance for another ocean front stay. The location is perfect. Away from the crowds and resorts, but close enough to head into Kihei for breakfast, etc. It's great to have your own private beach steps from your lanai.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo on beach clean and comfortable. Great beach for walking.well maintained grounds. Walking distance to convenience store bakery shave ice and farmers market.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed in this condo twice in two years and will be staying here again. It has everything you need inside and the location is the best there is. Unit has all stainless appliances and front loading washer dryer unit. Bed is super comfortable, all towels are high end not thin. The fact is you go to Hawaii to be near the water and this condo is 10 steps from the sand. Sugar Beach is a very long beautiful beach and great for unobstructed walks. The couple who own this unit take very good care of it and me and my wife absolutely love it. We will stay in condo 133 every time we are in Maui. I would like to Thank the Owners so much for having us and we will see you again. Mahalo. JC.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to the beach was great. The path getting to the beach could have been better though. The condo itself was not the greatest. Needed more detailed cleaning, etc.
