Great place but no AC. Just a bit hot during the day but nights were cool. Quiet. Just watch out for the neighbor to the right if you're standing in front of the house. He likes lie to you about fishing but other than that, great house. It had everything we needed. My only real complaint is the girl that answers the phone at Sunriver Properties. Not very nice.

Exactly as shown, spotless and well furnished. Beautiful quiet location. The upstairs primary is open to the great area, which might be a privacy and sound issue for some although we enjoyed the river view. Very happy with our stay and plan to rent again.

In the property description there were box fans in each bedroom but when we arrived on a very hot day there we're only two fans in the whole house that worked. I found a large dried out tick inside of my bed which was very unsettling but I gave up talking to management after my first conversation regarding the fans. They pushed back pretty hard about addressing issues and I didn't want to ruin my weekend. If I had the ability to attach pictures I would show the tick.
