The space was great for us to have the six bedrooms and four full bathrooms to share amongst a group of teenage girls and 3 adults.
The kitchen is also a great size and set up for food buffets for a large group.
The girls enjoyed the hot tub!

Overall a great place to stay. Very big and spacious. There were a few things that we noticed that didn’t get cleaned from the previous guest, but over all a great place to stay.

The bedrooms and beds fit our family group of 14. The house was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was really nice and several of us could work in the kitchen at the same time. The washer and dryer were large capacity, a big plus. There are enough bathrooms and towels for all of us. The big hit was the pool with the slide. Our kids (and the adults) had so much fun! Thanks for a terrific stay! Five star stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great place for a family vacation. We stayed with three families including 6 adults and 8 kids. We all had our own comfortable spaces and enough room to be together. The pool area was fantastic for the kids. It’s a very short uber to the parks, the management was easy to work with and the price was comparable to most of the close to Disney hotels. I would us Funtierland again.

Overall our stay was at this property was excellent. We were a family group of 15. Eight adults, 7 kids ranging in age from 7-13. Speaking with the family after our trip the Pro's for the property were: location to Disney, grocery shopping, pool & games areas.
Con's were minor but a little inconvenient: not enough cutlery for our group, food storage containers, only seating provided for 3 in patio area around the table.
We did not notify the property owner regarding these deficiencies but chose to make the most out of our stay.
We do feel that the property could use some maintenance: light bulb replacement, kitchen cabinet doors tightened, living room furniture cleaned or replaced.
Overall we were pleased with our stay & would recommend this property to our friends & family.

We took our whole family to Disney & this place was so nice! So close to Disney! The house was perfect for all of us. And the pool was great to hang at! The kids all loved it!

The location was perfect. Just minutes from Disneyland. We could see the fireworks from the backyard. The kids loved the themed rooms and the swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was great but check-in was truly astonishing. They had so many additional documents required. I do VRBOs ALL THE FREAKING TIME and I've never had to submit so much paperwork in advance of my arrival. It was soulsucking and totally ruined my entire experience. I had the VRBO agreement, then a Docusign agreement, then they had their own online agreements, then they asked for a copy of my credit card and proof that I had the bank statement linked to that credit card. They would call and leave a message and I would call them back and they weren't available. It was a complete nightmare. They are lucky I gave them three stars. And the agreements were full of scary warnings saying they had the right to cancel with no notice and that nothing was guaranteed, and they might force you to shorten or extend your stay due to some city ordinance. Your user experience sucks. Asking me to email them a picture of my Driver's License? Fine. But then scan my credit card and a PDF of my bank statements? Eff you guys. Seriously. Beyond the pale. The paperwork took me hours. i would run, not walk away from this rental.
Homes were well-maintained the painting was awesome. It wasn't a big deal to share the pool. The rules and agreements make you think that they are going to call the police if a non-resident steps foot on the property but in my experience they leave you alone besides the bloody paperwork.

The pictures of this property are very deceiving, you are led to believe you have a beautiful “private” backyard, so far from the truth. The backyard is shared by 3 homes and due to COVID each home is assigned time slots for use (not disclosed until morning after arrival). The kitchen was far from clean. We had to wash every pot/pan used for cooking due to remnants of food from prior guest(s), the cabinet above the stove was covered with grease (maybe because no cooking screen can be found in the house) and the cleaning crew only cleaned what they could reach. By our final day the pool was green (from all the little kids next door peeing), jacuzzi wasn’t working and three out of the five of us came home with some kind of fungal infection (presumed dirty pool/spa water). Someone going to Disneyland might notice these issues because they’d be so busy but I would not recommend this home for anyone using it as a getaway.

Hosted at Minnie’s Castle
Our experience started out rocky with a property that needs TLC and the neighborhood just wasn’t acceptable for us. We contacted the office and we were able to move to another property - much better property and neighborhood environment. Shari was responsive and very helpful. The Disney murals were beautiful and our kids had a great time. As with any property it is important to maintain older equipment. Pool and spa needed attention while we were onsite and the maintenance came out to address the problems. To move to 5 Star, the team needs to go address the fine details of the property - oven works, but needs some service, need to provide more wash cloths, pool/spa filtration needs some attention, spa light needs to be replaced, pool area needs some attention to increase cleanliness of pool toys, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and get-away during the summer of Covid19. Our kids had fun!

We forgot a few things and we were lucky that the house provided the things. The pool was awesome to have during our down time. It was clean and in good shape. To be honest I was expecting less. We went during the fourth weekend and got perfect view from Disney fireworks every night. Over all stay was amazing. The only down side was the water pressure from the showers which could be expected from a rental with so many bathrooms but even with one person showering it would have been nice to get a little more pressure to cut down on shower time. That’s was the only down fall from our 7 day stay. Would high recommend

Home away from home
If you looking for a great place to relax after a day at the parks then look no further. This is the second time our family has stayed here and we couldn’t be happier. The pool and hot tub are awesome for the kids and adults. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only a short 5 min drive to Disneyland. What else can you say about this place. Definitely will be coming back again for our next trip down to Anaheim

Loved the 2 houses we rented for our family! Way better than hotels so we could all stay together! House was clean, had everything we needed, very close to Disneyland, great pool and hot tub.
