St. Elmo Haven- Less than 4 miles to Rock City
Carino e accogliente, recentemente ristrutturato, duplex situato nel cuore di St. Elmo! Questo è un posto perfetto dove stare durante un divertente viaggio a Chattanooga. La posizione ti consente di goderti tutte le eccitanti attività che Chattanooga ha da offrire: sport all'aria aperta, musei, negozi, locali con musica e ristoranti locali. Per favore, sappi che St. Elmo è pieno di case storiche, alcune magnificamente restaurate ma molte ancora in fase di transizione. La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti gode del fascino e della diversità della zona, eppure sappiamo anche che si tratta di un quartiere urbano, non per tutti. Vogliamo anche notare che la nostra casa si trova sulla strada principale di St Elmo, St. Elmo Avenue, a volte occupato. Goditi ed esplora questa città emergente durante un piacevole soggiorno al St. Elmo Haven!

The house was stocked and comfortable. The unloading and parking was a bit unusual. And I got ants in my car from the parking.

We had a great stay. It truly felt like our little home away from home during our visit. Property was clean and check in & out was hassle free. We had no issues at all and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We will definitely return if we find ourselves visiting chattanooga again!

Everything was perfect

I arrived at about 4:10pm (after check-in start time), and there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom, and bedsheets were definitely used and scattered on the beds. No answer via Vrbo message for about twenty minutes, so went to the alternate text number, and she sent the cleaning crew to the Vrbo, arriving at about 5:15. No cleaning had been done between guests, and I was instructed to leave during the cleaning, but also was never messaged when they finished, which would have been helpful. Ant infestation during stormy weather was surprising and not fun, but they liked my coconut cookies. Hopefully the nest on the laundry room door is a mud dauber's and not a wasp's. Towel rack barely hanging on in bathroom. Shower floor makes loud snapping-type sounds at times. No messages were ever answered during my in-person stay via Vrbo inbox, which is the standard place to communicate. Normally I'm sure this is a great place to stay, but there was a lot lacking this time. Other than these issues, stay was overall fine. Improving communication, cleaning scheduling, as well as the small issues mentioned would go a long way for future guests.
