Spacious comfortable apartment with rustic Eastern European charm. Value for money. Air con was much needed.

Very good, large and fully equipped apartment well connected by public transport with all attractions in Budapest. Very good heating. Vic, our host, is a very discreet person who helped us a lot with our demands and quickly solved all our requests. Thank you very much Vic !! We will return with joy, we still have a lot to see and do in Budapest.

Very good location, very spacious and calm.

The communication with the host was timely and the apartment rules were clearly communicated. However, we unfortunately found the tone of some of the messages quite uncomfortable and unnecessarily strict. For example, we received reminders that we had to be ready to leave exactly at 10:00 because the cleaning staff would arrive, as well as instructions to leave the apartment tidy, take out the garbage and wash all dishes, with a €10 fee mentioned for unwashed dishes. We completely understand that hosts have check-out times and house rules, and none of these requirements were unreasonable in themselves. However, the way they were communicated sometimes felt more threatening than welcoming or professional, which made us feel somewhat uncomfortable during our stay. A friendlier and more courteous tone would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.
