Cottage di spiaggia recentemente aggiornato! Lo spazio al piano inferiore disponibile è molto confortevole con un appello ventilato isola rilassata. Le camere da letto King e Queen con qualità supplementare soffiano il materasso della regina. Lo spazio abitativo è aperto con porte francesi che conducono al ponte posteriore. Ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia, in centro o in shopping, perché questo posto è vicino a tutto. Spaziosa cucina con sala da pranzo per 6 plus un piccolo angolo per la colazione. Splendido cortile privato con luci di stringa per la cena a notte in un ambiente magico.

The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host's attention to detail was evident in the thoughtful amenities provided including fresh baked bread, wine, and treats for my dog. We especially appreciated the quick responses and helpful tips from the host.

Fantastic location in St Augustine Beach. Walkable to beach and many restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
Fully fenced backyard/courtyard is an amazing place to eat, relax, watch birds, and enjoy the weather.
Spotless interior, comfortable furnishings.
Easy check in and out and lovely hosts.

what a wonderful and fabulous Anniversary weekend was at this beautiful cottage. the outdoor courtyard was serene, beautiful, clean, well kept and private. furnishing were so beautiful and Lela provided every amenity one could ask for. love, love, loved everything about this property. hope to book again. thank you Lela and Alan!!

The owners have done a fabulous job providing everything you will for the perfect getaway. The space is beautiful, comfy and super clean! The backyard is amazing-we loved sitting on the deck watching the squirrels play! Situated right across from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars!

I loved how the property was. The location was perfect and the accessibility to the beach was awesome. I encountered one little mishap where the shower faucet broke and when I informed the owners they resolved the issue and installed a new faucet that same night within less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with their attentiveness and quickness in resolving the issue. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return whenever I am back at in this area.

This rental is very clean, close to beach, nicely decorated and good for families with or without dogs. Everything you need and are afraid you forgot to bring is already there…cookware, bathroom/bathing essentials, washer and dryer with soap even. Lela is very welcoming and willing to arrange welcome gift and even Happy Birthday decorations, in our case! We hope to be back! Having just about everything you could need for a vacation and time at the beach was there…this made it sooo stress free for a family/Mom!

Property is gorgeous with an awesome beach vibe. Outdoor patio is is adorned with beautiful flowers and plants. So clean and comfortable! Highly recommended! Perfect place for couples wanting to get away and relax, also a great place for small families. I look forward to returning again.

The Home was exactly as pictured. It felt just like a cottage on the beach. The backyard oasis was enjoyed by our dogs as well as us day and night. Very close to restaurants and St Augustine Old Town and Fort.

Island Cottage Haven on St. Augustine Beach!
Very cozy and island cottage ambiance! Perfect size for a family of four. Beach cart/buggy, chairs, umbrella and kitchen complete with cookwares and seasonings a big plus! About 7 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We plan on visiting again! Thanks for such a relaxing place to stay at. "Elsa" did not bother us at all.

Prefect vacation spot

Perfect Getaway
We had an amazing time staying here! We absolutely loved the apartment, it was exactly what we needed for our stay. The back yard was an outdoor oasis and was perfect for after a long day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect island getaway
So happy we found this wonderful rental and it’s amazing owners - Lela and Alan were wonderful hosts and made our month long stay such a pleasure! We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and cupcakes from Lela’s cupcake shop - a real treat !The unit is two blocks to the beautiful St. Augustine beach with a full complement of beach accessories available for use. The private deck and garden are an extra bonus after a day on the beach - a grill is provided to cook the great local fish. Look forward to our return visit!

Paradise!
We loved our stay at Alan and Lela’s home. It is in a great location..walking distance to many restaurants,the beach and the Farmers Market. The unit has everything you need and many extras. The backyard is so private and beautiful we didn’t want to leave! And Alan and Lela were great hosts!( I will miss seeing Little Bean )

This was the perfect place to stay. My family truly enjoyed your home. It was way more spacious than the pictures make it appear. Also the back yard was perfect for the pets they loved it also. We had 6 people and we were never crowed. Thank you it was perfect. I highly recommend this property. Oh and perfect selection of the wine and cupcakes.

New Years GetAway
Lela and Alan are wonderful hosts! They welcomed us with a box of cupcakes, wine and champagne to ring in the new year. The house was exactly as described, clean and fully stocked with the essentials. Perfect location, about 15 minutes away from
Downtown St. Augustine in quiet neighborhood. Will definitely be revisiting.

This is a beautiful home near the beach. Everything about this home is cute and relaxing but the only down fall I would say is that my phone could not get any service. I would recommend this home to anyone needing a great little getaway.

Great little get away
Alan & Lela have a great little set up! They were super easy to work with! The house is very clean and well maintained! The cupcakes & wine are the perfect little touch. The patio was my favorite- fenced in backyard with string lights made it the perfect spot to hang out at night. Short drive to the "drive on" beach access point. Will definitely be staying here again :)

Lovely Home.
My husband and two daughters stayed on the top level of this adorable beach house. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a weekend getaway. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. She made us feel at home upon arrival. Would definitely recommend staying here.

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!
This was our third stay in this duplex. We always stay upstairs and it just seems like a second home. Susan (the owner) takes great care of the property and it looks as good now as when we first stayed in 2014 when it just opened. She also is very generous in supplying so many things one does not expect to find at this type of rental - laundry supplies, bottled water, toothpaste, plenty of great hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We love Susan and we love coming to this property. We think you would enjoy it too!

Tasteful, elegant and peaceful, very near the sea.
On a very quiet side street. The beach is 3 minutes away. Comfortable furniture. Light, airy wood floored rooms, all with ceiling fans. Spacious deck looking onto trees. Great having my morning coffee there, watching the sun come up, hearing the birds and watching the squirrels and tiny lizards. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Good supermarket a short drive away. Our second stay, going back again next year.

Nick & Susan are wonderful owners of this beautifully and well maintained beach home we rented for six weeks.
The location is perfect on a quiet and safe residential street within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.
