Perfetto per più famiglie! Adiacente a una tranquilla pineta a pochi isolati dal centro di Breckenridge, il nostro condominio di 3 piani è stato magnificamente ristrutturato per offrire comfort, comodità e tutti i comfort di casa.
Il primo piano dispone di un bagno completo, lavanderia, sauna e una nuova cucina completamente attrezzata con armadi aggiornati, elettrodomestici e controsoffitto. La camera familiare dispone di comodi posti a sedere di fronte a un caminetto a legna e TV a schermo piatto da 55 "più posti a sedere per 12 persone.
Al secondo piano troverete due ampie camere da letto. La camera da letto # 1 ha un camino a legna, un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto con rotelle, TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con cabina doccia piastrellata. Camera da letto # 2 ha soffitti a volta, letto matrimoniale, doppia più letto a castello, TV e un bagno sala recentemente ristrutturato con doccia piastrellata e vasca.
La spaziosa suite al terzo piano presenta soffitti a volta, caminetto a legna, letto king size, due letti singoli a castello, TV e bagno privato. Internet via cavo è fornito.
La vista della foresta sul retro e le montagne in lontananza è incantevole, con escursioni / piste da sci di fondo che ti portano direttamente sulla montagna. La piscina interna / esterna riscaldata è a pochi passi dalla porta d'ingresso e dispone di vasche idromassaggio dentro e fuori. Abbiamo un sacco di parcheggio, ma la navetta gratuita è a pochi passi, prende quattro volte all'ora e ti porta alle piste in pochi minuti. La cabinovia Breck Connect, a soli tre isolati di distanza, ti porterà fino al famoso Peak 8, quindi prendi gli impianti di risalita fino al Peak 6, la più grande espansione del resort sciistico del Nord America in più di un decennio. I negozi di alimentari e di liquori, i negozi, i locali notturni e i festeggiamenti sono tutti accessibili in 5-10 minuti. Dopo una giornata sulle piste, i visitatori possono godersi il modernissimo centro ricreativo Breckenridge a meno di un isolato di distanza.

We enjoyed a family get together at Claimjumper 4. The location is convenient for skiing at the mountain or catching the bus for other activities. The unit is well stocked with kitchen needs for cooking. The unit was clean and comfortable for our group which included young children to adults. Megan was great with answering questions and responding to our needs. I would highly recommend this unit for your next vacation.

We were totally delighted with this condo. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed throughout, including amazing bedroom space. We loved the location and the highly responsive owner. Highlights included great short mountain hikes right behind the condo and lots of time in the pool and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home! Our whole family loved it.

Amazing place! It had all the comforts of home and amenities one would want/need to enjoy the wonderful town of Breckinridge and surrounding Rocky Mountains! As an added bonus, we took full advantage of the hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool each day after hiking. Location is close to town and conveniences like gas and grocery. We were sad to leave as it really became home for us. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The property is well appointed and the setup of the various sleeping spaces with 4 shower bathrooms nicely accomodated the stay with a 6 person friend group.

My family group coasted of 6 adults and 1 pre-teen. The condo was roomy enough for all of us to comfortably have a meal together and play cards as well as find a peaceful place to rest. There are plenty of bathrooms and accents like w/d and mud room to deal with wet cloth of the day. The location was very convenient. The bus stop was right outside and was an easy access to connect w the gondola, groceries and downtown. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub. Really like the location. The costs were very reasonable and consistent with what we expected. The hosts was also very accessible and helped with any questions including how to find what we needed around town. I would highly recommend this location!

This property has large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The front entrance has a good space to drop ski and snowboard gear or any extras that need a home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining space fit all 6 of us comfortably for eating or playing board games. We could have used a little more task lightning for meal prep in the kitchen, but did ok with the lamp that was on the counter. The pool and hot tubs offered a fun way to relax after a day on the slopes. The inside hot tub was very very hot. But the pool provided a refreshing break. The out door hot tub was gorgeous when it started snowing. Beautiful. We would definitely rent again. Thank you

Condo was more beautiful than shown in photos!! Well stocked, very clean, perfect location and great communication with owner. Very easy to get around with shuttle right outside door. When the day was done, beds were very comfortable. Our weekend was wonderful...We hope to be back soon!!

Getaway!!
Great location for all ages! Walk to town, shuttle to gondola is right at the entrance for the place plus you can walk to it if needed, lots of space inside to hang together but to also have some downtime alone when needed. Place itself was clean, owner is super responsive and helpful, just all around lovely.

Nice Condo in Breckenridge
Property was clean, very well stocked. Towels were fantastic and plenty of blankets were great. The location is very easy to free transportation. The jacuzzi and pool were also great.

Great multi-family property just north of downtown Breck
We were in Breckenridge for several days for a wedding, with four adults and two children. This property worked very well for us but it could hold more people. There is a free bus stop just outside the entrance to the condos but I would probably walk to downtown Breck in nicer weather. Granted, it isn't a new property but the finishes are nice and it is probably the best stocked property we have rented. Beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for us. Megan was super responsive throughout the entire process. We really enjoyed our experience.

3rd year in a row
This place is AMAZING as it has been the past 3 years our annual 9 person ski trip has stayed here. The location is perfect to hop on the bus to Breck station and the gondola. The house is more than enough room for 9 adults. There are plenty of resources in the kitchen to prepare meals. Megan is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and always ready to help out. Already looking forward to out 4th year.

Time flew!
Overall was nice stay but too short...spent most of our full day on the peak and not enough time spent at condo etc....trailer courts right out of parking lot definitely an eyesore...not really walking distance to downtown or gondola with children...it rain first day which was a bummer!
