Beach view was a little tenuous but as advertised. Screened in porch was lovely and we just left it open with the air off all day, perfect temperature for April. Bathrooms very clean.

Regal Beach is a good and convenient location. Restaurants are nearby. Property complex is right on the water. It was a great base for our brief winter trip away, including several days of diving.

We had to reschedule flights home because of the bad storms and Cayman Villas staff found us several excellent options for an extra 2 nights. They are TERRIFIC!!!

Reviewer Comments:
Very little communication prior to leaving except regarding COVID requirements for entry into the country. I wish we had been told that many places were still closed, for example Rum Point and ****. Also, that not all water sports would be available, such as Resort Scuba certification, hang gliding and parasailing.
Most places did not open until 10:00 am (which means around 11:00) and there did not seem any sense of urgency or motivation to serve tourists. The island seemed to be waiting until 3/21 when the Disney Cruise Line and others would begin to arrive. Also, awfully expensive for what you get. And the place is lousy with crowing roosters!
