Ali'i Point # 5 si trova ad Ali'i Point, una comunità privata e recintata di 16 case al mare con piscina comunitaria e campo da tennis.
A / C centrale in tutto. Il piano principale è composto da soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina, bagno di servizio e camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno interno.
Grandi cursori di vetro si aprono dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo per un ampio lanai sull'oceano. Lanai ha un barbecue e tavolo e sedie con 8 posti a sedere. Ottimo solo per rilassarsi e cenare. L'area del prato si estende dalla parte anteriore della casa all'oceano.
Al piano superiore ha master suite king con bagno privato e si apre su un lanai privato ideale per prendere il sole.
La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno adiacente.
L'enorme divano avvolgente e le comode sedie rendono il passare del tempo e guardare la TV un'esperienza confortevole.
A pochi metri dall'ingresso della porta d'ingresso c'è una porta a muro che ti porta fuori dal complesso e un sentiero che scende fino al bordo delle acque.
Qui si ha un facile accesso all'oceano in una baia protetta con aree sabbiose e passi verso l'acqua.
Ottima posizione in una comunità sicura, privata e tranquilla ma a pochi minuti da ristoranti, negozi e attività sull'oceano.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This house is in an excellent location right on the Ocean. There is a lap pool serving the dozen or so homes in the gated community that we really enjoyed. The views from the shaded lanai are spectacular and we often see dolphins and sometimes even a whale. I highly recommend it.

What a fantastic place to stay! Our family of six stayed in this beautiful 3-bedroom home and loved every minute. The location was ideal for us (outside of the congestion of Kona but easy access to everywhere we needed) and the view from the lanai could not be beat -- including the whales we saw on several afternoons! Eating breakfast and dinner to the sound of the waves can't be beat. We very much appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs that were available as well as the plentiful supply of cookware and utensils. Definitely a perfect choice for us.

The view at this property was everything promised; just stunning. The condition was not quite up to expectations. We had chosen this house because previous reviews described it as spotless. It was OK, but not spotless. The kitchen was quirkily equipped; e.g. only two wine glasses and the gas grill did not reach enough heat to grill a steak. The location was good for driving/touring the island, but there is no good ocean swimming nearby and rather awful walking conditions. Final verdict: a fine rental for a large family or group, a little less than perfect for two persnickety (older) couples.
