Had family together for our 26th Anniversary and we had a blast and there were plenty of things to do on the property, fishing,volleyball,ping pong

We have a large family and get together every few years. It's hard to find a place that will accommodate us. This was the perfect house, very clean, roomier than what shows in the pictures and plenty of parking. 13 stayed overnight at the house. Other family members got accommodations near by. We had an 80th birthday party for my sister. There were 32 of us there for that. Didn't feel crowded at all. It was the first time fishing for the kids. They each caught several fish. It was fun to watch them get so excited each time they caught one. We made s'mores and told ghost stories around the fire pit, played ping pong and volleyball. I asked 2 days before checkin if we could checkin early. It wasn't a problem at all. We are spread from California to Pennsylvania. Next time we're in Texas, this will be our house of choice.
Justin and Richard are very pleasant and easy to work with. Enjoyed our stay!

The house was just beautiful! It was even more than what we expected!! All of the family kept on saying what a wonderful house it was with all the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the large kitchen with the kitchen table to gather around. Plus all the outdoor things that you can do just made this such a lovely house for large families!! Thank you again so very much! The Bell Family

There were 9 of us, 6 that has some disabilities. There were plenty of rooms to share and have space. The bathrooms were very nice especially the handicapped accessible ones with a shower chair. The kitchen was our hang out area or out on the patio area when it wasn’t too hot. We didn’t watch much tv. I would recommend anyone with a large group reserve this house.

We had 11 adults and two children. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. A nice big table in the kitchen where everyone could sit together. Great backyard! If I would add anything, it would be a couple more comfy chairs in the living room, as there are only two very nice couches and some wooden chairs.

Amazing house for large gatherings! They have everything you could ever want for any combination of ages. From fishing to ping pong to indoor or outdoor dining for lots of people, this is the place. We will definitely be back.

This was our second time renting this house and we were thrilled to stay again. From the ample sleeping and bathroom facilities to the outdoor amenities we were very pleased. The large kitchen and dining area helped facilitate all 22 of us!

Large and spacious, Christmas decorations were a nice touch since this was our friends’ Christmas trip. It was about a 25 minute drive into San Antonio but the drive was easy.

Excellent responsiveness, check-in and check out. Lots of things to do for all ages in one location. It was farther out of SA than we thought it would be but since we didn’t plan anything except being together it was perfect. The kids loved fishing in the pond and making smores by the firepit. It was great that all the appropriate sporting equipment was there! Thank you!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of room for everybody and very clean. Great location off of the highway and easily accessible to downtown San Antonio. Very accessible to tourist attractions, restaurants, and stores. Excellent large property and the large covered patio with plenty of tables, games tables, and grill was definitely a plus. We had 5 adults and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, very big plus for that. The large kitchen and large dining table was fantastic. We whole heartedly endorse this location and would love to stay here again in the future. The property manager was extremely helpful too,

My family and I spent our Spring Break here and this house is more than perfect!! Very clean and well kept. The property manager was very friendly and showed us the entire house and pond when we checked in. The kitchen is huge and great for a big gathering of friends and family. I was blown away by the master bathroom!!! It is stunning. I love that it has a huge yard, a basketball goal, a volleyball net, a fishing pond that the kids loved, and an outside bathroom!! A beautiful house I would definitely recommend it and I am sure to stay there again!!!

This property is not only beautiful, but so impeccably kept, very clean, spacious, so much space and activities on site! Our family had an amazing time and would absolutely recommended and rebook a stay here without hesitation! 10/10!!!

This property was wonderful for our large diverse 3 generation family! The house and property are beautiful and I never once heard “l’m bored.”
It felt very secluded and country but yet close to lots of city attractions. I would definitely recommend this house and use it again for my family.

A pre-Thanksgiving family reunion has been out tradition for 40 years. This was one of the best because we had skipped 2020 for COVID reasons. The fam was still a bit hesitant until we sent them pictures of the huge house and patio. Our Host family rented the wonderful home and used the six bedrooms, eleven beds and 12-top dining room table extensively. Then about 20 more of the immediate family arrived and left at their pleasure for dinners, snacks and visiting. Every feature was enjoyed but the kids loved the fishing pond, the teens loved the fire pit, the preteens aced ping pong and everyone , except the piñata, loved the basketball court and goal.
Great place, great owner, wonderful amenities and easy access for our Austin and North San Antonio relatives.
Now remembered as one of our top five events!

Our group of 11 people stayed here for our yearly golf get-a-way. The house was perfect for our large group. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and huge patio for our early morning coffee. We cooked steaks on the grill and watched the weekend football games on the large TV. The two refrigerators, two coffee pots and two dining tables were much appreciated with such a large group. Both the owner and house manager were very responsive to our needs.

When we drove up on the property we were already impressed and when we walked inside the house it was not only beautiful but very spacious. It was clean and it had everything we needed. We are already planning to book it again for a week next summer.

We had a small family reunion and this place had everything for our gathering. From the pond to the volleyball court, there was never a dull moment. We never spent the day inside, we were always outside having fun. We will definitely try and Stay here again.

We rented this house for our family Christmas in 2020. It was very nice and well kept. We cooked all our own meals except one and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we need including 2 coffee pots which for our family was a great plus. Overall we where very satisfied.

We found the property and the house well equipped with everything we needed. There is a great variety of things to do. The house was very well suited for our group of 14. Everything was well maintained and ready for our use.

My family-kids and grandkids stayed here over Thanksgiving! The place was perfect, well equipped for big gatherings. Lots of space for the children and adults to run about:) It’s location was wonderful, secluded and beautiful! Also the staff were great to work with I highly recommend.

This property was simply amazing. So clean and comfortable with plenty of elbow room and places to gather and have fun. Activities provided were simply wonderful! We (kids and adults) had an absolute blast.
