Bellissimo duplex vittoriano chic situato nel cuore della vecchia città del Colorado in Kiowa Street. Pieno utilizzo di entrambe le unità al piano superiore e al piano inferiore in una casa duplex. Entrambe le unità hanno 2 camere da letto con 1 bagno, cucine completamente attrezzate e divani estraibili con materassi in memory foam. Entrambe le unità sono dotate di smart TV UHD 4k Samsung da 55 "a schermo piatto. Totale di 4 camere da letto 2 e bagni.
La struttura si trova a pochi passi da Old Colorado City con negozi, ristoranti e bar locali. Si trova anche a pochi minuti in auto dal centro con negozi, cibo e vita notturna. A 10 minuti d'auto si raggiungono le storiche Manitou Springs con la Manitou Incline e il penny arcade. Durante il tuo soggiorno a Colorado Springs potrai vedere Garden of the Gods, The Air Force Academy, il nostro famoso Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, il centro di addestramento olimpico degli Stati Uniti, Seven Falls e Red Rock Canyon Trail.

The house is in a great location and it's fairly spacious when you include the upstairs and downstairs. The yard is smaller than it appears from the pictures, but it was still decent. It was the level of service and communication that was problematic. The hosts didn't tell us how to get into the house until less than 24 hours before we were set to arrive, and it took repeated messages to get them to respond. When we arrived at the house, we found that it didn't have enough dishwasher detergent, enough *toilet paper*, etc. So we had to buy basic staples like toilet paper just to make it through a three-day stay. For as much as they're charging, this shouldn't be necessary.
These are problems that could be cleared up if the hosts were more attentive. But as of right now, it's hard to give this property a high rating.

The property was all very nice and very well stocked with every necessity, but the only reason I put 4 stars for on line accuracy was that it is listed as air conditioned but the lower apartment had no air conditioning.

Each has a full kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The house is in a nice neighborhood with many old houses, and a few blocks' walk to shops and restaurants. The one note I would make is that although the photo seems to show a nice grassy yard, I would not really consider that a place for kids to play.
Overall, I would recommend this house.
