Richard was a fantastic host, we would highly recommend. The house is meticulously clean and roomy to host our family. They have a gated yard which is great for children and you can walk to the beach. It’s a great value for the area.

The house is beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. It was very comfortable for me and my son and 2 grandchildren. The host was very nice and accessible.
Two misleading items in the VRBO description:
*There is no hot tub as was listed. It apparently refers to the Jacuzzi bathtub in the primary bathroom.
*The beach is listed as a 15 minute walk from the house (there is no parking at the beach). The 15 minute walk refers to entering at the opposite end of Kelly Beach through a gate and guard with another beach. Our passes don't allow for access to that beach, and you must rely on the guard allowing you to pass through. (We went on a day when the guard was on break so we were able to get in.)
If you walk the "legal" way to Kelly Beach, it takes well over an hour!
