room was perfect the hotel is wonderful with underground parking

The property was close to the beach, quiet relaxing area. Bedding and towels were very fresh, very clean, comfortable. The dining area was lovely. The staff were very kind, quick to respond, helpful, & very hospitable. The service was the absolute best we received on our trip to Italy.

It was ok.

The Pros: -good location -very clean and tidy -free bikes service (not in good condition though. Be careful with the brakes!)

The Cons: -Very bad value for money: The price is way to high for the service offered (140 euros per night) and the WiFi was not working during our whole stay (4 days) -The breakfast was supposed to be "a buffet with continental choice". I have seen no buffet at all. Not much choice and they serve you themselves, but is was ok overall. - The Internet was not working during our whole stay and we had to buy Internet cards on our own -the owner attitude : the owner still wanted to charge us full price so we complained and asked for a commercial gesture as we had to buy Internet access credit on our side. He was not happy and argued that the WiFi is a free service so we have to consider it as a bonus. He doesn’t HAVE to provide it! I disagreed and told him that I would have never rented a room in a hotel overseas without WiFi so it is not a bonus but a must have for foreign customers and it is listed on the provided services. Besides, we had to pay 60 additional euros to get Internet access while we had already spent 140 euros per night for the room which does not seem normal to me. Anyway, he refused to deduce the 60 euros from our bill and treated us as if we were liars trying to fool him (« sono piú grande di lei, non prendermi in giro! »). In the end he accepted to deduce 40 euros as I was quite upset and ready to send him all the proofs but I was chocked by his rude and humiliating attitude. I think that he should have apologised for the inconvenience caused to us and offered a commercial gesture by himself. he said that things can break (le cose si possono rompere) and I agreed and understand but he can also make a correct compensation to his customers for the situation and apologize properly to them. In the end, I think that this place is quite a bad value for money and that the owner has a very poor sens of service. I would not recommend this place.

Very helpful staff. Nice building with garden.

Location little far from centre. Hotel have bicycles so this is not big broblem.
