Questo è un 2012 costruito 4 letto 2 bagni più doccia esterna sulla spiaggia di fronte a casa con un enorme ponte di 1600 metri quadrati. Dorme comodamente 12. Il soggiorno e la cucina sono aperti e luminosi con una vista ininterrotta della spiaggia e dell'oceano dal muro di finestre che si affacciano sull'acqua. La cucina è impostata con piatti, tazze, pentole, posate, utensili da cucina, caffettiera, tostapane e crockpot. Nuova stufa e frigorifero a partire da settembre 2018. Soggiorno ha 2 divani in pelle con 4 poltrone reclinabili, un terzo divano, poltrona a dondolo, 60 "smart TV a schermo piatto con DirecTV. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a parete con DirecTV e lettore DVD e ampio bagno annesso. I letti 2 e 3 hanno entrambi letti queen size, il letto 4 ha due letti gemelli su letti a castello in legno massello e una TV con DirecTV. Il ponte di grandi dimensioni ha un tavolo da picnic, 6 sedie a sdraio con piano in altezza con tavolo, 8 sedie da esterno, amaca e un cancello per proteggere i più piccoli e gli animali domestici dalle scale. Al piano inferiore dispone di una doccia esterna per pulire dopo essere entrati dalla spiaggia e un lavaggio dei piedi alla base delle scale. Barbecue a carbone nuovo a partire da settembre 2018. Ampio spazio per il parcheggio è disponibile sotto la casa e sul lotto adiacente. Disponibile anche il collegamento RV completo. I fine settimana richiedono un minimo di due notti.

There is never a bad time to go to the beach, but I think Christmas might be our n ew favorite! This house was perfect for our family, the deck was incredible. I never wanted to come inside! Highly recommend!

The house was very nice. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed it. We had a problem with the code to get in the house. It was not printed out correctly so we contacted the host. He sent the correct code. We only got half our deposit back because the lift broke. Everything went up the cargo lift and down just fine. The last trip was a bag of trash and the lift stopped working. We were told we used it improperly. We tried contacting the host again with no response.

This beautiful beachfront property did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Very clean, spacious living room with seating for the entire family. The
Open floor plan made it so easy to entertain everyone. We are looking forward to booking it again for next family gathering.

My friends and I had a blast staying at the property. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The deck was the best part being right on the beach.

We had a good time at this beach cabin. Stayed sep 14-17 3 storms came in we still had power there.
No problems with anything. Beach front views sun rise and sun sets were amazing to watch.
Good neighborhood to rent in oneday ill return again. I appreciate the stay. More like a contractors retreat that i paid for workers to enjoy with family but all friends

Well worth the money! Excellent views, gorgeous property, and very spacey and comfortable living quarters. The updates to the house are spot on! The beds are comfy and the bamboo pillows are to not go unnoticed. As a matter of fact, I’m ordering a pair for our bed. This is property is perfect and a must stay!

We really enjoyed our stay the past weekend. We had plenty of room and the porch was awesome. I do not think we will ever rent another place without a cargo lift. WONDERFUL. 2 minor issues were that the AC struggled some specifically in the master bedroom. There could be more shade on the upstairs porch, again minors issues. We would definitely rent this place again.

Property is in a great location, right on the beach. It is 4 bedrooms but there doesn’t seem to be air conditioning flow in 3 of them. It is not 3 bathrooms, it’s 2 bathrooms + an outdoor shower.
If everything goes well and you do not need to interact with homeowner should be fine, however in our case we lost power for 12 hours during a 100+ degree heat advisory. 4 of the people in our group left the property. I wrote the homeowner to ask for a refund/discount on the duration of the stay without power and was met with skeptical questions and the threat of a lawsuit should an unfavorable review be posted. He did offer to cover spoiled food but then when I provided the dollar amount, stopped responding. I would never rent from this person again.

⁃ Not 3 bathrooms. 2 full baths + outdoor shower
⁃ Air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms doesn’t seem to flow. Box fans are provided in those rooms
⁃ The ceiling fan cannot be used in the bunk room if top bunk is used (safety - if person sits up they’ll be at risk of being hit) adding to lack of air flow
⁃ Homeowner is combative / disrespectful
⁃ Place is overall a little rundown - missing window treatments, furniture looks a little older

It’s become our tradition and this was the perfect house. Location was amazing - able to watch the family from the porch. Host was great to communicate with and everything was exactly as listed. May have found the perfect house.

This house is in a perfect location! The living and kitchen area are very spacious and open. The porch area is huge and provides a fabulous view. The lift and outside shower are huge assets to this property.

Overall great vrbo beach home. Large home great deck and an amazing outdoor elevator for luggage but it was not operational which after some inspection figured out the issues and fixed it ….it was a huge help instead of taking gear upstairs. The only issue which was huge disappointment was “the grill” which was not even usable. That must be addressed for future guests.

The house and location were awesome! We’ve stayed at other properties in Crystal Beach and this one beat the others by far. The inside is so roomy, the vaulted ceilings really make it feel big. The beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time on the deck and beach which is a very short stroll from the house. I would highly recommend this house for your beach stay.

We booked the water house for a family trip and had a wonderful time. House was clean and had enough space for all 12 of us without feeling like we were packed in. Location was perfect and really convenient when a kid needed to be taken back for a break or when we forgot something. Bathrooms were spacious and showers pressure was perfect after a long day at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The big deck was perfect for watching the waves and enjoying the breeze when you need a break from the sand. We all loved the house and will absolutely book it again in the future.

You cannot beat the location of the house. The proximity to the beach made it easy to run back and grab something if we forgot it. Sitting on the patio at the end of the day made for great people watching as well.
Check in was very easy. Listing was accurate. The beds were comfy but I would bring my own pillows as a few people did not like the ones provided (minor inconvenience).
They recently installed a lift which was amazing when it came to hauling ice chests, food, and luggage up and down.

I've stayed at a few beach houses and this by far was the best house ever!!!! The deck itself was huge and accomidating for everyone with room to move about. The location is amazing as well. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the cabin! We enjoyed being beach front and sitting on the deck talking and laughing! We even saw a group of dolphins. We will rent this cabin again next year for our annual Mermaid trip.

We went to the beach house for my 60th birthday on Easter weekend . Our group of 9 found it comfortable especially the dining/kitchen and living space is spacious , kitchen very well equipped .However , some couch were beat up and half of them did not work (lazy boy mechanism) . The description said 11 beds but there is 7 beds to sleep up to 12 people but the "kid's "room with bunk beds was useless . Nobody wanted to take those beds with the hassle to climb to the top and it was the warmest room in such a tight space ( the provided fans helped) .The description said 3 FULL BATH while in facts there were only 2 full bathrooms , and one of them was in the master bedroom and NOT connecting to the main hallway where the other 3 bedrooms were . Bottom-line 6 of our guests had to share a bathroom and half of them had to get through the master bedroom to shower when the bathroom was busy ,not practical ! there is an outdoor shower and a foot water spray down the stairs near the parking .We would have enjoyed the house location if it wasn't from all the cars, RV's, pick ups and noisy partiers allows to drive ON THE BEACH by the city of Crystal Beach . The outdoor space was spacious and beautiful view from the deck . There was only 4 seating chairs for the whole group , I thought there were more from the listing and pictures showing a hammock and more chairs .

The home is in such a good location. And it is beautiful, well appointed and well maintained. It was comfortable and just loved the views from the deck. Hopefully we can stay here again in the future.

The location was amazing!! The beach was beautiful! The house was spacious, we bought a few extra box fans so every room would have one and left them there for future visitors. The property need an outdoor storage, we had to buy boogie boards and sand toys and couldn't take them home. I wish there was some there to use! It was fantastic and relaxing!!!!! Will visit again! We were a party of 7 adults and 1 teenager 2 tweens and 2 little ones! This place was perfect!

We rented for the Christmas weekend. First, the house and property were perfect as advertised: immaculately clean, spacious, wonderful stocked kitchen with everything, comfortable furniture and bedrooms, Wi-Fi and multiple entertainment viewing channels. What we really appreciated was the owners took the time to make it feel like home and Christmas with delightful decorations and a wonderful tree. Along with stocking the kitchen and fridge with essentials: Eggs, milk, eggnog, hot coco bar and Christmas cookies to decorate! Most of all, the owner was immediately responsive through text, email, or telephone, to any questions or concerns we had. We already are planning our next stay here and as often as we can! Thank you Mark for everything.

This is our second year for our family to gather for an early Christmas. It’s also the second time to stay at this home. We loved the house and the location. One particular feature this year was the Christmas tree and the decorations that was there when we arrived, that was unexpected and greatly appreciated. There was also a beautiful welcome basket that was above and beyond. We will surely chose this wonderful place next year as well. Thank you to everyone that made our time there so special.

We had 5 adults with us for Thanksgiving and had a fantastic time. The house location is perfect. We enjoyed the very, very, large deck, cleanliness and spaciousness of the inside and very well stocked kitchen. Best beach rental we've had in the past 10 years. The owner was also very responsive with my pre-trip questions about the property. We'll definitely be back!

Had an electrical issue, had to keep resetting a breaker to keep fans and lights in living room and porch on. Called and reported to the owner. The owner was to call out an electrician, 3 days later, electrician never showed up.

Nearly all positive:
Pros: 1. Beautiful location right on the beach,
2. Beautiful house inside & out.
3. Best stocked kitchen I've ever seen - including my own, even has some food items available.
4. Bath/restrooms beautiful and well stocked.
Quibbles: 1. Needs general maintenance. Lots of weathered, warped boards with exposed nail & screw heads.
2. No closet in master bedroom. Has two 'closet? doors' but both are locked and not available to renters.
3. Some furniture is broken and needs replacing.
Overall, very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Great property. Right on the beach. Large balcony to hang out with family. Nice upgraded kitchen and bathrooms! Few minor things need repairs here and there but nothing major. Great place to stay and very clean!

The fam was looking for a 3 night vacation (3 grown children and significant others so 8 people plus a baby), within driving distance. This house did not disappoint. Right on the beach, the views were stunning. Huge deck where we hung out constantly. Our 18 month old couldn’t have enjoyed the deck more with a very secure gate at the top of the stairs.. We set up a kiddie pool and beach tent there and one on the beach, in front of the property. . The inside of the house was spacious and comfortable. We cooked most meals there and the kitchen was stocked nicely. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels. The only drawback was the mosquitos. They were vicious without bug spray so bring plenty. Our experience was amazing. We will be back.

We traveled from Louisiana with our LA family and met our Texas family at the beach. 6 adults and 4 grandkids. Other families stayed in a separate beach house and had evening meals at our beach house. It was perfect and was on the beach. The walk to the beach was very short. Had a few issues (dishwasher not getting water to it and BBQ pit not operable) however not fixed while we were there, the owner replied right away. We will stay there again.
