A Day inn Ranong Hostel

This was one of the cutest, cleanest, and overall nicest hostels I've ever stayed in. The owner is refreshingly helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp. She gave me lots of advice, provided yummy treats for breakfast (including thai tea!), and even printed and made copies for me free of charge. She also helped me catch a songthaew to the pier, really going above and beyond. Even though the hostel is located in a busy and central location with public transportation at its doorstep and the night market within walking distance, the rooms are extremely quiet and the vibe is total peace. The decor is lovely with a lot of attention to detail. There's an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a hot and cold water dispenser, and waste separation. The bathrooms and showers are spotless and beautifully tiled with shampoo and body wash provided. The common area has a huge flatscreen tv with Netflix and there's a garden full of plants. Each bed comes with a shopping bag (so eco!), a large towel and a blanket wrapped in plastic fresh from the laundry. The mattress is comfortable and the soft yellow lighting is perfect. I had a wonderful night's sleep.

Would be amazing if there was conditioner in the shower along with shampoo but to be fair, I rarely see this offered anywhere :))

Everything! From the team to the facilities to the mattress (on the firm side but that works for me.) Location was great (street lined with restaurants, shops, is near old market) -it was a fabulous stay.
