I like the location and the staff hospitality
Several things were not up to mark and very disappointing
1. TV was not working
2. Hot water Geyser was not working
3. Food quality was poor including Tea and Coffee
4. Need someone at the entrance to guide the guest, there was no security or staff available
5. There were mosquitoes in the room and stay was unpleasant
6. There was no complimentary water bottles which was surprising

It's look very nice. Very nearer to my Business work. So I prefer to stay. But service is bad. Only one person named Dukkit is sincere. If can take care on service and clean ness, it could be a very good resort for staying.

The resort may have been nice at one time but right now it's really run down and notaintained. Pathetic conditions. No staff. One person does everything from reception to room service to everything and that person has to take care of all the guest in all the rooms so service is really slow and bad

Dinner - Had to wait for more than 1.5 hours. Food wasn't served in the bar; we were asked to leave the bar and asked to go to the restaurant for dinner. Food was served almost after 1.5 hours after order.
Breakfast . . No options.

Just because we booked the room from booking.com, they charged 300 rupees extra for 20min over the checkout time.

The property is situated on the highway and it is a good property.
Except the property, there is nothing to like about. Expect zero service from unprofessional staff and management. You won't get any service even after repetitive requests. Food is pathetic considering the price they charge. I made a poor choice by selecting the property. Do not recommend anyone.

Seems to be badly affected by pandemic
Fish ponds are smelly, they need maintenance. The whole property needs immediate maintenance. Seems like, the resort was made with a good plan... but it was executed incompletely

Only the location as it was on National Highway which facilitied easy transfer to next location.
There was a difference in OYO rate for customer and hotel- Rs 3473.35 and 3792.00 respectively
Hotel took the higher rate. No room service, not even water was present in the room,AC's were not working, a total mess. Moreover behaviour of hotel staff and bell boys was pretty rude. Didn't even give us receipt of the cash payment. Food quality was like Hospital food, felt nautiatic.Every body in the so called resort was busy serving teenagers who had come for drinking in bar/lawn. A big NO for any familied person
