Perché dovresti affittare questa unità:
1. L'unità al 2 ° piano significa non aspettare all'ascensore se non si desidera, ma si ha ancora una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia.
2. TV con schermo al plasma in tutto. Materassi incredibilmente comodi.
3. SECONDO PIANO è il pavimento perfetto! Approfitta dell'ascensore privato nel mezzo dell'edificio e salta le linee dell'ascensore! Abbastanza alto da godersi la spiaggia e il litorale e abbastanza basso da non doversi MAI preoccupare delle scale o dell'ascensore. È come avere la tua casa sulla spiaggia privata!
4. Siamo locali e abbiamo un'esperienza VRBO per 23 anni. Abbiamo migliaia di ospiti felici, che tornano anno dopo anno.
5. Unità multiple! Disponiamo di oltre 20 unità nel solo Calypso e possiamo ospitare gruppi numerosi.
6. Servizio spiaggia incluso marzo - ottobre
7. Cucina completamente attrezzata con normale caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane e tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto fatto in casa per la tua famiglia.
SE SEI SOGGIORNO A SPIAGGIA DI PANAMA CITY E NON TI SOGGIORNO A CALYPSO, TI SENTIREMI PERFETTO ... PIER PARK È FANTASTICO. RISTORANTI, TEATERI E SHOPPING DI CLASSE MONDIALE A DESTRA LA TUA PORTA ANTERIORE. NON AVETE MAI BISOGNO DI ENTRARE ANCHE NELLA TUA AUTO SE SEI A CALYPSO.
LE 2 GRANDI PISCINE DI CALYPSO SUL GOLFO SONO LEGGENDARIE. SEMPLICEMENTE LE MIGLIORI VISTE INTORNO.
Affittiamo ESCLUSIVAMENTE questa unità da sabato a sabato durante le vacanze di punta e le stagioni estive.

Very nice and spacious, clean, had to sweep the bathroom floors but other than that very nice condo. Be aware owner no longer pays for beach chairs, once I called them (because it says they do on the website) I paid and they immediately reimbursed me. I would definitely stay there again.

Great rental! Had several “extras” in the guest closet that many other units do not offer. Had an issue with door lock that was immediately resolved. Warren Beach Rentals were very helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Our stay was fabulous. Best location in Panama City. The condo was perfect. The resort is Awesome. The staff is Awesome Our family has been going to Calypso Resort for the last 5 years and always rent with Warren Beach Rentals. We have never had any problems. Great people to rent with.

On the first day the AC did not work but the maintenance fixed it fairly quick. The front door looks as if it was kicked in at one point and did not want to close part of the time, had to slam it shut. The master bedroom's patio door would not open so again maintenance had to come and unlock it with pliers but could not be locked again. The rooms were clean and had a nice stay...
