We had a wonderful visit, the house was great, and enough room for our almost adult family. Everything we needed was included and communicating with the owner went great!

So much to say… this house, a very short walk or bike ride into Seaside, has everything. It’s the perfect setup for one or even two families in a classic, modest sized cottage under the trees (which is sadly harder to find on 30-A with so many 3-4 story mansions going up). The decor is beachy, funky and warm. You just walk in and love every detail. Our only regret is not being able to use the beautiful pool out back. The front and back porches were wonderful places to relax. Can’t wait to come back. Especially because Cyndi, the host, was so incredibly kind to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The home was so cozy & charming! Absolutely LOVED the back porch swing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great during our stay so we spent a lot of time in that swing. Lol. Enjoyed the quiet location. The house was stocked with all the things including towels, seasonings, laundry detergent, etc. It felt like I walked into my own home. The walk to the beach was longer than we thought. The walk is easy as others stated, but it’s a haul with all your beach items. Thank you so much Cyndi, for sharing your home with us!!

This house was perfect! Everything you need to feel at home and relax! Comfy beds, awesome kitchen for big or small meals, pool was perfect! We all had a great time? Cyndi was a great host! Super easy to work with. We would love to stay again! Just loved it!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the AWESOME owner!!! Cyndi is the absolute BEST!!! her communication, thoughtfulness, and attention to details is unsurpassed. This was our second visit to this beautiful house, and it was even more enjoyable than the first time. Cyndi provides everything you need, including beach towels for the gorgeous pool. The location is Perfect! We rented bikes and rode into Seaside within 5 minutes. The beach is also a quick ride or walk from the house, along with multiple options for dining. We will definitely be back. This was the perfect way to celebrate my 60th birthday. Thank You Cyndi!!

I don’t even know where to begin.. this house is absolutely amazing and was the perfect stay for my family. This was the first beach house I have rented that felt like we were guests and not just renters. Cyndi is unbelievably thoughtful in her home. From salt/pepper shakers, laundry detergent, bug spray by the front door, an umbrella in case it rained and great books on the shelves. The house was impeccably clean and so very comfortable. The pool is spotless and was perfect for my little girl to practice her swimming. My son especially loved the fluffy pillows in the kids room. He wants one for his room! Cyndi’s communication was top notch through our whole trip. The location is so close to everything but tucked away for privacy. My family absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Cyndi for a wonderful time!

Highly recommend this house. Easy walk to Seaside and beach, but very private. Due to rough waves and tide, we didn’t have much time in the water at the beach. The backyard pool was a major plus.

This was the perfect location for our yearly girls trip! We had five stay, and there was plenty of room for us! The house was very clean and decorated so cute. It is just as pictured but even better! It has everything you need, the pool is a plus and very clean and spacious for a small group. We walked to the beach but I would recommend a wagon for taking all the beach gear! Also take your own beach chairs. We all loved this rental and will definitely consider it for future trips with the girls or our own families! We loved it! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was relaxing and perfect for everyone in the family. The kids loved the pool and the beach was walkable. The house is gorgeous and the kitchen was stocked well, as we made our own meals most of the time. The owner was easily accessible with any questions. Would highly recommend!

We loved this house and location! The pool and screened in porch are beautiful. The house is spacious and well appointed. The vaulted ceilings are gorgeous, and everything is homey and clean. We appreciated all the beach towels and all our communications with Cyndi. The house is a short walk to the beach and downtown Seaside. It is tucked into a very private spot with lots of tree cover and beautiful natural surroundings. We would love to come back!

This home was located on a very quiet street in a charming neighborhood in Old Seagrove.
We were participating in the Seaside School fundraising races and wanted a place that enabled us to walk to and enjoy Seaside without any parking hassles as well as to the beach. This home was in the perfect location. The layout was fabulous. We wanted extra room for laying out all of our race gear and for stretching. The floor plan was fabulous with a great master and master bath overlooking the pool and two other bedrooms on the other side of the home sharing a well equipped bath.
The kitchen was furnished with great appliances and we loved having the option of both indoor and al fresco dining.
The family sitting area was large enough to accommodate a crowd, and the front and back screened in porches were wonderful.
Truly a gem. Hopefully we will be fortunate enough to book again.

My spouse and I rented this house for nine days. We met the owner who is very helpful and quick to respond. The house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and stores.
it is also conveniently located to all of the communities and state parks along 30-just a short drive
The house has a great pool, which, of course, we knew we weren’t going to be able to use in January but would be lovely during the right season. The house is also very close to grocery stores and other shopping on Highway 98.

This is a great rental because of the location to activities. beach and stores! . The wonderful decor from the bedrooms to the fully stocked kitchen and the screened in porch where we would have breakfast makes this one of the best rentals we have found in a long time! Our children loved everything from the pool to the easy walk into Seaside! I just don’t think there is any box this rental leaves unchecked! You won’t be disappointed staying in this lovely home on a quiet street! We had easy access to contact with the owner. Our college and high school age children didn’t want to leave this house! You are in for a treat!!

This is our 5th time staying at Escape Plan 30A. That should tell you all you need to know. This property is the best of both worlds. It feels private and secluded while still being near enough to the beach and Seaside Town Center that you can easily ride a bike or walk to either place. We rent bikes every time we stay here and ride them everywhere we go….even to Grayton Beach when we want a change of scenery. This property is an updated version of a charming vintage beach house. If we owned a beach house, it would look like this. This is our home away from home. You won’t be disappointed when you stay here. Thanks to the owners for doing such a great job of maintaining this charming home. Can’t wait to come back next summer.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The pictures don’t do if justice, it’s spacious and beautiful. Between the pool area and screened in porch, we were in heaven. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked for cooking any meals. We biked to the beach daily and ventured a few blocks over to Seaside for shopping and food. Thanks for providing a great home for our family to enjoy our annual vacation!

We just got home from staying at this home for a week long family vacation. Everything was as described only better! The home is adorable, clean, beds are very comfortable , kitchen is great with everything you need! The private pool was amazing for our family with three kids ages 9,7,&4 they had a wonderful time and loved the pool! Quick walk to seaside and the beach! We will be back! The owners were very helpful as well!
