La nostra casa Kailana è stata recentemente rinnovata e decorata con un bellissimo, confortevole, gusto tropicale. Si trova in un meraviglioso quartiere sulla spiaggia di Kailua, Oahu. Ci vogliono pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere la spiaggia. Questa proprietà è grande, tranquilla e privata. Il cortile ha lussureggianti piante tropicali che circondano la casa.
I panorami della catena montuosa Koolau sono incredibili dal lanai! Potresti passare la maggior parte del tempo qui fuori sul lanai sorseggiando un caffè, un cocktail o grigliare con la grande griglia a gas.
La cucina completa è stupenda con elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile.

This house was our home for 10 days. Ideal size, location, beautiful garden, and walking distance to the beach. For runners, great location to run to Lanikai beach as well. My family of 4 (with 2 teens) was in love with this place. We hope to come back in the future. Katie, the contact person was super friendly and available. Mahalo 🌺

We spent a little over 3 weeks at the Kalama Tract rental with our two kids aged 3 and under. Our stay was fantastic. It was the perfect getaway house for our family. Absolutely loved the property with the gated yard and the outdoor shower. The 5-10 minute walk to the beach was awesome and the property had all necessary beach supplies.
The inside was extremely cozy and had all the basics you need for an extended stay. Highly recommend opting for the portable AC units as they were a life saver at night in the bedrooms with how warm it was when we were there.
Our host Katy was great, working with us when we needed to change dates, promptly answering any questions we had prior to our stay and checking in with us along the way. Rental instructions were simple and easy to follow.
Overall a really enjoyable stay and would happily rent again.

Excellent location and very clean. Less than 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. House was comfortable for the 4 of us and the outdoor shower was used a great feature and used a lot. As others stated it can get hot during the day but the AC units really helped. The beach chairs, umbrellas and boards were great to have access to. Highly recommend especially for those who want to stay outside of Waikiki area.

We usually stay with family on Oahu, but were in town for a wedding so everyone was full and we had to find a place for our family of four. This home was everything we needed and more. It was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach. We made full use of the kitchen, laundry, and outdoor space. Our kids loved looking for geckos in the yard. We appreciated the AC for the bedrooms during our July stay, so we could rest comfortably after a full day of boogie boarding or hiking. The fans kept the living room and kitchen comfortable. Katie was fantastic to work with; super communicative and helpful. If we need a rental on Oahu in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Cleanliness on point, plenty of beach going stuff for use making it easier than having to buy or rent, great location to stay away from busy busy Waikiki, with plenty of things to do on that side of the island and also short distances to more amazing sights and hikes.. All around great stay for price!!

Quiet neighborhood, security gate, close to beach. We enjoyed our stay in Kailua. The home was clean with a full kitchen and a big backyard. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is every bit as great as it sounds and looks, and then some. We really enjoyed it for 2 weeks with our 2 little boys. I don't have much to add to all the rave reviews, but I'll say that we really appreciated the gate... made it much less stressful to not have to think about kids running out into the street.

Property and house are beautiful. Kitchen has basic dishes for meals. Host is helpful and responsive. Just one block from beach access lane. Beach lane is about a block long. Beach is beautiful. Perfect for long walks or swimming. Our daughter enjoyed using the boogie board, and beach chairs with shoulder straps are a plus. Perfect location close to the beach and town. We had a wonderful time. Would gladly stay here again.

We loved staying here. Only real complaint is the internet service, which was out for a few days. This is typical of Kailua and likely not in the owners’ control, but a nuisance to be aware of nonetheless.
Katie the manager is very responsive. Stay here to really feel like you are a Kailua resident. Mahalo!!!

We were so happy with the house! Beautiful and secluded property only a block from the beach. The house had everything we needed and Katie was easy to reach if we needed something. Would definitely stay there again!

We cooked almost everyday and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware that you may need. The grocery store, Target and other restaurants were only 5-10 minutes away which was a plus! The outdoor shower was my husband’s favorite and said he wanted to install one at our home, lol. The only downside to this property is not having air conditioning. It got really warm in the house during the day (I will say it was hotter than usual during the first week of our stay, the last 4 days of our vacation was much better). We did rent the portable air conditioning unit and left it in our bedroom because it just wasn’t big enough to cool the main living space. This was a great option offered by the property owner. Overall, I would definitely stay in the wonderful little hideaway again. Thank you Katie for your hospitality 🌺

The house is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the location is superb. We enjoyed the residential feel of the neighborhood and the house is well situated for privacy. A two block walk puts you on the beach, making multiple daily swims easy, and a 15 minute stroll puts you in the heart of Kailua. We also rented bikes which allowed us to quickly bike into town for any necessities as well as explore the area, including a few trips to nearby Lanikai Beach. We did have a little trouble with wifi a few times -- nothing huge but something to note if consistent, uninterrupted connection is pertinent (remote work or school). Regardless, we'd highly recommend both Katie as a manager and the rental as a place to enjoy and relax.

Paradise
The house was exceptional so beautiful inside and out so secluded.Loved the location could visit with family with no problem . Close to downtown and the beaches you can walk very easily to.
The only problems we had was the neighbor on the leftside at the end of the property was having remodeling done so we had to put up with construction noise.Plus the little ants were somewhat a problem, never left food out they and they were still in the rooms. Mahalo, Wendy and Ron

Best vacation home EVER
One block from the quiet beach, not the tourist beach. Wake up, listen to the sea and the morning doves coo, and feel the sunrise through the privacy palms. Coffee on the seriously gorgeous deck, a morning stroll to the beach for either a workout or a boogie board session (supplied at the house!). It's only about a mile into town on the cruisers that the local surf shop delivered, and it was perfection.
This home is outfitted with the nicest linens, plenty of kitchenware for meal making, picnic taking and wine drinking. The outdoor shower was like an addiction and the convenience of Katie being so easy to reach for any question we had, was really great. Thank you Katie, for going above and beyond to help accommodate us to be able enjoy our last day on the island boogie boarding into the afternoon and the customer service that you extended.
Mahalo, we LOVE the house. If it's ever for sale, I'd wanna live there!
