We loved the patio covered and open offered a great view, and the concrete space under the home was a great place to BBQ because we had a little rain to deal with. Overall a great home well stocked

We absolutely loved our stay here at the wedding house. The floor plan was well thought out and we had everything we needed for our 12 guests. We hosted my wedding here and it was the most perfect venue for the most perfect day. We comfortably fit a dance floor, picture wall, decoration and gift tables, buffet tables, and tables and seating for 50 guests. It was PERFECT! No details were missed at check-in, they even gave us the sweetest frame with shells to hold one of our wedding pictures. We can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time renting this home. As usual it was clean and in excellent shape. It checked all the boxes for the group we had this year. Kitchen is well stocked. All the rooms are clean and fit each participant well. The parking area is very large and can support up to 8 cars. The home is close to the center of the island, but far enough away from the public access. Overall, our stay was twice as nice from 2 years ago.

As our family grew ( we are now 16) we kept renting bigger homes on the beach. We have had 304 Ariola for many years now. If we have any problems Paradise Beach Homes comes right away and fixes the problem. The house is always perfect when we arrive with everything we need for our week of living there. It has a new touch here and there every year. My family calls it coming home! The beach is perfect too, not too crowded, very family oriented. I've stayed at this house several times and have always enjoyed myself. The house itself is very nice and the views from the balcony are excellent . The house is never very clean though. You cannot walk barefoot in the house. The bottom of your feet will be black. And there is usually a fair amount of dust on the ceiling fans. If your planning on using the oven it only has one shelf and hasn't been cleaned in years. For the amount you have to pay for a cleaning deposit, I would expect it to be more up kept .

This is a perfect home for big groups. The layout allowed for privacy and quiet time as needed yet had a nice big area to bring the group together at mealtimes. We had a problem with the wash machine but it got repaired (actually replaced) within 2 days.

Lovely home! Was surprised how spacious and accomadating it was for my entire extended families. Great gathering room with separate rooms from privacy. Lovely walk-out porch extending dining area while overlooking ocean. Only negative was it was the location where same day beach goers wanted to park(always thought we had visitors or wondered what they were up to) and the ocean was too murky.

This was a group of high school friends from the class of 1960 (55 years ago in Orange Co. California) most coming to FL for the first time. I live in GB, so it was my show. Trying to please 12 old ladies isn't always easy. However, to a person, they were beyond delighted with the house--the location, the decor, the amenities, the cleanliness--everything. It was fabulous. The location is close enough to walk to shops and to the pier if you wanted a longer walk. If you are a stranger to the area, stop at the visitor center and pick up sample menus of the the various restaurants. We went to Hemingway's,Frank and Lola's at the Margeritaville Hotel, and The Cactus Flower. For great dining, I recommend The Grand Marlin. It is more pricey, but excellent. Great place for oysters, as is Peg Leg Petes.All in all, a great experience.
