About the only negative which was a small one was that the balcony floor could have been cleaned better.

The condo is just as advertised!! I highly recommend this listing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our company needed to accomodate 14 people and wanted a gulf front condo. Greta's rentals came through. Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Door handle was broken to the patio, the floors did not seem like they were moped. Walking around with bare feet, our feet would be very dirty on the bottom and you could feel the dirt on the floor. A dirty floor makes one question the overall cleanness. The cleanness is what kept the rating from being a five. Minor issues: Lights were out in some of the fixtures. The area around the pool needed some attention. The property's management was very helpful and responsive.
