Lo Splash Resort è un meraviglioso resort per famiglie "non fumatori". C'è un Sykbridge climatizzato che collega le torri Est e Ovest, in modo che tutti i servizi del resort possano essere facilmente accessibili da entrambe le torri senza uscire dal resort. La torre est ha una piscina, un lazy river, un splash pad per bambini, uno snack bar, un centro fitness, 2 griglie per il gas e una hall / area salotto sul golfo. La torre est è la prima torre in cui arriverai entrando nel resort dal garage e dalla hall. Dalla torre est, puoi attraversare un secondo skybridge e arriverai nella torre ovest che ha il parco acquatico, la vasca idromassaggio, la piscina e la sala giochi.

C'è una camera da letto completa, due letti a castello nel corridoio e due bagni. La cucina completamente attrezzata con ampi spazi comuni e un ampio balcone con vista sul Golfo e sulla spiaggia.
Il confortevole soggiorno e cucina si aprono su un invitante BALCONE che si affaccia sulle spiagge di sabbia bianca e sulle incantevoli piscine. La zona giorno vanta anche una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici con lettore DVD in modo che l'intera famiglia possa trascorrere una serata al cinema dopo una divertente giornata al sole! Il maestro ha anche una grande TV e un lettore DVD per il divertimento di mamma e papà!
La camera da letto principale ha un letto KING con lenzuola lussuose ... i bambini adoreranno l'area BUNK, e c'è spazio aggiuntivo per dormire con il divano SLEEPER queen. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con ripiani in granito e tutti i comfort di casa. Il bagno principale dispone di un GIARDINO TUB e una cabina doccia, e c'è un bagno extra completo per il resto della famiglia.
Il SERVIZIO SPIAGGIA è incluso per tutte le prenotazioni dal 15 marzo al 31 ottobre. Ciò include due sedie e un ombrellone per l'intero soggiorno. Everything was great. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the master bedroom. It’s very bright in there early in the morning. We had a great time, thank you!

We were very pleased with condo. If there is anything negative I could say it would be that the sofa needs to be replaced. Other than that we really enjoyed the resort.

Check in to the actual condo was quick and easy. The condo is conveniently located and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The condo worked well for our visit. There were a couple of minor differences between the pictures and the actual condo. The biggest notable item was the missing curtains in the bedroom. The morning sun streaming into the bedroom - even through the blinds - is extremely bright at 6:00 a.m. The cleaning service didn't do a great job prior to our arrival. There was old food in the microwave and the floors and shower needed a better cleaning to remove the sand. As far as the property as a whole, there was a wait for the elevators each and every time we needed them, sometimes up to 35 minutes within an hour before or after check-in and check-out times. The pools, lazy river, and children's water park were all a nice addition to have as options to get out of the sun during midday.

We have stayed in 3 different units at Splash, and this would take second place of the three. Upon entering the unit, there was a mildewy smell. The AC would not cut on, but there was a fast response by the owner and maintenance was there before I even unloaded all of our things from the vehicle. That was a big positive for this unit. The issues with the unit are minor yet noticeable enough to bother me. The unit could use some updating and attention. The baseboards need painted. There are chips in the bathroom vanity, the bar stools, and the furniture in the bedroom seemed to be going for a distressed look, but instead just looked like a bad paint job. The patio furniture was not adequate for 4 people. There was only a wicker chaise with a cushion that looked old and dirty and a small wicker table with one chair. We all couldn’t sit out on the balcony together or have breakfast on the balcony without having to bring barstools out. Also, we were not able to find a proper spatula in the kitchen, and some of the pots and pans need to be replaced. I wasn’t a fan of the decor. The bedding was all plain white and nothing really popped to give you a beachy vibe in the unit aside from maybe one or two shells. The listing needs to be updated because the arcade is no longer at this resort. It was turned into an ice cream/coffee shop that serves breakfast. Aside from the minor issues with decor and updates, we enjoyed our stay and the owner was responsive and quick to address issues.
