Oltre al Lago d'Egitto questa struttura si trova anche vicino a Rend, Crab Orchard, Little Grassy e Devils Kitchen Lakes. I parchi statali locali sono Ferne Clyffe, Giant City e Garden of the Gods. This was the perfect launching spot for adventures in Giant City State Park, Millstone Bluffs, Garden of the Gods and Fern Clyffe. So many more places we wished we could have seen! Close to great coffee (Crown Brew) and bakery (Grandma Puckett's), kitchen was fully equipped for making meals and picnics. Loved the grill on the back patio. The crown jewel of this property is the small beach in the back, after a day of hiking coming home to throw something on the grill while the kids play in the sand was just next level wonderful. The lake was very peaceful and nice calm water when we visited (not much boat traffic) so the older kids and I even got to enjoy the kayaks.

So much to do in the area but so little time. We loved the house, beach, and property. Each space inside and out felt private. Kayaks were a plus. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this property! So much nicer even than the photos! I will remember my son kayaking for the first time, paddle-boating, playing cards on the porch, swimming, watching the kids play on the beach, making s’mores in the firepit, reading on the beach and porch, and enjoying the time with my family and friends here! Loved going to Garden of the Gods while we were here too and seeing Sassy the Sasquatch. An amazing trip! Thank you!

Amazing house! Nice and clean and very functional. Front deck was great as well as the patio. Kids loved the lake and all the toys that were present with the house. Really had no complaints other then a few comfy chairs on the main floor would have been nice.

We love the Lake of Egypt and truly enjoyed this property. We have stayed at many other rentals and this has everything you need. Privacy, a beach at the lakefront, a dock, and plenty of extras to make your stay enjoyable. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Love this house and location. It was perfect for what we were looking for to come back to Lake of Egypt. This is our second trip to this lake and first and this location. House is super cute, I do believe it built in 2015 or 2016 so pretty new. We had a rain day so some of the games they had were fun. We used 2 of the kayaks for a few hours on the lake on our last day. They have a nice beach area and a dock if you happen to bring a boat. We went to hike in a couple of the nearby parks and they were nice as well. Really enjoyed our trip and we will most likely re book this spot. Thanks ! J and J.

We have a fairly large family with kids in multiple ages, this spot was perfect there was stuff for everyone including plastic toddler bowls! Great fishing, fun mini beach. We had a blast!

We come to Illinois every year for our annual hunting trip, this year we did not have a place to stay. So I found this cabin on the lake. With quick response, the cabin was available, the host was quickly responsive, and the house was perfect for us. With easy access and stocked with everything needed, we have found a new place to rent every year.

Another great trip and place to stay. I think this is our fourth time at this house. Perfect for our needs, fantastic!! Kids once again enjoyed all the parks for hiking in this area. Clean home and very private, enjoyed the evenings on the deck watching the lake.

We had such a fantastic weekend at 700 Adams Court! There was so much outdoor seating for us to relax while we were home and we really enjoyed hanging out around the firepit each night. The property was beautiful, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The homeowners were very friendly and responsive. We have already shared our experience with friends and family and encouraged them to check out this property!

The lake cabin was awesome! One of the cleanest homes we have ever rented on VRBO. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Private lake access, beautiful views, short drive to hiking and wineries. Two fire pits and two grills. Can’t wait to go back!

The house & both deck views were very nice. The beach area is perfect & the boat dock is well made. It was not a busy boating area which is good. The gas grill wasn't lighting or was out of fuel. The owner dropped off a bag of charcoal for for grilling our meals. We enjoyed the perfect weather & had a fun trip.

Just what we needed. Peaceful for the adults and the kids enjoyed the lily pad in the lake. Saw a lot of wildlife and the covered deck was great when it rained and at night just listening to the sounds.

We had a fantastic time swimming, kayaking and watching the deer, fireflys and the beautiful view from the porch. This was the perfect home for our family to relax and enjoy the quiet of the country and the lake. We will be back!

We had a great stay. Great location, wonderful site on the lake, and easy to get to. The hosts thought of every little detail to make us feel welcome. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the house and property are--we didn't want to leave!

Short 3 night stay for 2md time here.
Everything was fantastic.
Clean house, wood for a fire, chairs set out on the beach. Had fun swimming and fishing in the lake and using the kayaks.
Plan on going back again next summer hopefully.

Loved the beach
We've been to Lake of Egypt several times and this was our first time staying at this cabin. We booked it because of the beach. It made it so easy for the kids (4 and 7) to swim in the lake. They loved the beach toys and kid sized kayak and fishing from the dock. The cabin is like new and in a convenient location to town. We will be staying here again!!

This is the second time I’ve taken family to this home. It is lovely. Lots of space and lots of lake fun to be had. The teenagers had their own space downstairs and they loved the lake. The sandy beach is a plus. Thank you so much to Scott for sharing this place!

Scott and Mary Ann are wonderful hosts!! This is our 3rd year of staying at their place! We LOVE the location and our grandkids LOVE the beach area to play in the sand and water!
