Posizione fantastica a Palm Desert, situata a Chaparral Country Club con vista fairway, montagna e fontana. Situato dietro sicuri, cancelli sorvegliati, questo sviluppo ha un campo da golf a 18 buche, con una bella club house, meglio conosciuto come 'il piccolo mostro del deserto'. Il complesso comprende campi da tennis per coloro il cui gioco è meglio giocare sull'asfalto e non i verdi! E riabilitare e aggiornare i muscoli stanchi dopo una giornata meravigliosa, con un tuffo in piscina o vasca idromassaggio, che sono a pochi passi di distanza!
POSIZIONE! Molto vicino alla clubhouse principale (2-3 minuti a piedi) per la massima comodità, pur essendo fuori dalla vista diretta per garantire la privacy!
Stare vicino a casa vostra vacanza, tu sei vicino a The Living Desert, El Paseo Shopping, Westfield Mall, il College of the Desert, Il Teatro McCallum, più cinema, The River, favolosi ristoranti, casinò e campi da golf più di quanto si possa immaginare . Centralizzata nella valle, si è un breve distanza dalla città turistica di Palm Springs e Centri Equestri di Indio e termica.
Le sistemazioni includono una cucina che è grande per l'intrattenimento ed è stato completamente ristrutturato. Un wet bar e un confortevole soggiorno con TV HD a schermo piatto e cavo Premium che include più canali sportivi e cinematografici. Quiet community great location looking to stay here for upcoming trips in the fall winter and spring absolutely perfect location for me while I work at Rancho Mirage

This was our first time staying at this particular gated complex and we were not disappointed. The grounds were immaculate and the golf course was beautiful. It truly was quiet and peaceful even though there were quite a few golfers out, particularly in the morning. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. We enjoyed the convenience of having wifi, a washer/dryer, coffee maker, and grill. There was even a deck of cards which came in very handy. We didn't use the jetted tub (not really necessary with the hot tub across the street!) but it looked lovely. There are many pools within the complex, and often we were the only ones there. One pool was a little cold for us, but we found another that was just right. We ran into some owners who told us usually the pools are very warm; they also told us overall this is a very well managed complex with very friendly people. We used the driving range (fantastic) but didn't have a chance to try the golf course - next time. There are workout facilities in the main building which again looked great but we were too busy to use them. We spent one day at a Marriott resort visiting family, and although the facilities were nice it was very crowded and the drinks were expensive ($15 for a small poolside drink). Plus the golf course at that resort was so busy that there was a 20 minute wait between holes. We were so happy to come back to Chaparral where we had the pool to ourselves and could enjoy a much less pricey drink on the patio. There were definitely no waits at the Chaparral golf course. Evan was very helpful and answered all our questions. We would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, well furnished condo with a great view of the mountains and golf course. The patio overlooks the fairway and it is a great place to relax. The condo is located in a well-maintained gated community and it was nice walking the quiet roads in the evenings without having to deal with cars rushing by. Kitchen is well stocked and we did find it lacking in anyway. Would definitely come back.
