The condo is in an excellent location overlooking the water and downtown Southport. You can walk to restaurants, shops, and along the waterfront. The condo is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with about check-in and check-out. Always a great trip.

This was our fourth time in Southport and this place has become our favorite. The unit had everything we needed and felt like home. The deck was wonderful place to relax and watch the boats. And it is so close to downtown. Will definitely be back

The property was great. The owner communication was awesome. Before I even realized there was a hurricane threatening to ruin our plans the owner had reached out to let us know and that he would keep us informed. Which he then followed up on. Luckily it didn't overly effect the Southport area and we were able to proceed with our trip.

The condo was immaculate and the views were gorgeous. We loved staying here and this property allowed us to do everything we wanted in Southport and it was a great jumping off point to other parts of the NC coast. We couldn’t ask for more and the host was amazing to deal with.

Guest house was perfect for us. Spotless and everything we could possibly need while we visited the charming town of Edenton. The refrigerator and freezer were even stocked with beverages, snacks and ice cream bars!!

Southport is a charming, low key place. This spacious, well appointed condo overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy the pleasant scenery and have walks along the water and over to the quaint places, and tasty eateries along Howe and Moore Streets in Southport.

My wife and I love Southport and we wanted to take a spring trip to relax and recharge. The accommodations were excellent. Great views, great location and a great host. Butch responded to any questions very quickly and made sure that our stay was pleasant. We will be back for sure.

Property was extra clean & had everything we needed! We cooked at the condo & had coffee and wine on the incredible waterfront porch! We will stay here again and honestly could see myself retiring in Southport with my husband when the time comes! ❤ thank you Butch & Kathleen for providing a beautiful place to make memories!!

Perfect Place to Stay!
Our stay here was fantastic. The host provided us with all the information we needed and was very reachable and easy to communicate with. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed, including a very well equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and they had extra nice touches such as providing log in information for apps on their smart TV. The location is great, with a large porch with a view of the river and a short walk down to many restaurants by the water. The place itself is on a very quiet street even though it is so close to the restaurants and downtown area with shops.
We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Southport Weekend
I had a great experience in this perfectly located condo in Southport. Beautiful views of the Cape Fear river and the Caswell Beach portion of Oak Island. The condo was very nice. It was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Although my friend and I ate out for most of our meals, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals or just a cup of coffee.
The back deck was my favorite place to spend time at the condo while we weren’t exploring Southport by foot. We didn’t require much communication with Butch, as everything was in good order during our stay. If you are considering staying in Southport for a week or even just a night, I highly recommend this condo!

Such a delight to be able to see Bald Head Island and Oak Island in our view. Loved everything about the condo, and it was the perfect location for our few days away from home.
