The condo was great! The complex is cute, there is a pond or water way running through it (you can fish in) and there is ducks and turtles! Condo was extremely clean. It was an easy walk to the beach. The location is good but a mile or two from all the restaurants and stores. However, there is a cute store/coffee shop across the street. The only downside was the key pad was a pain. You had to put the code in several times, we never really figured out how to do it correctly. Also, there was no hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters or any spices of any kind. Kitchen has all the utensils but nothing else. It’s fine, but would be good to know! Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels. We ran out of all of it (there were 3 of us). Also, no beach towels. Overall, great condo for the price just a few things that would be helpful to know!

Stay was great, ocean was beautiful as always. One toilet in the condo was unusable. It wouldn’t flush, even empty with no toilet paper it had to be plunged down. That was a disappointment but we made due sharing the other bathroom. Also would have been nice to have coffee filters, but we picked some up down the street for cheap. Overall, good stay!

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. It is not however " on the Gulf". It was quite a little walk to the beach. The ceiling is very thin or either the people above us were playing basketball from 7 in the morning until 1 at night every day. Not at all peaceful. Do not close the back sliding glass door on the balcony or you will have an extremely hard time getting back in. Luckily my husband went out with me and was able to get the door back open. It is very hard to open from the outside. The view from our balcony was nice with the little pond and the Oleanders but still wasn't even a beach view. The beach was very crowded but probably because this place is surrounded by lots of other condos. I guess I should have done a little more research so no ones fault but mine. Either way, we will probably not be back here.
