Il condominio ha due letti queen size, che sono stati sostituiti il 15/09/15 con materassi e molle boxs Serta Perfect Sleeper. Il condominio può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Ha un bagno completo e un bagno di servizio nella camera matrimoniale. La biancheria è inclusa
Splendide viste sulla spiaggia dal soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e balcone. C'è accesso al balcone dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Il balcone ha sedie e tavolo da bar.
C'è una TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD e uno stereo, oltre a un assortimento di DVD, libri e giochi per passare il tempo se sei abbastanza sfortunato da avere una giornata piovosa.
C'è una cucina completa con frigorifero, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina per il caffè, stoviglie, utensili, ecc. Ci sono anche sedie a sdraio, galleggianti e altri giochi da spiaggia / piscina per il vostro uso.
Il condominio ha una doccia esterna per pulire dalla spiaggia. Ci sono lavatrici / asciugatrici nell'edificio. Non ci sono ascensori.
La proprietà affitta solo settimanalmente da sabato a sabato durante l'estate (6/17 / 17-8 / 26/17). Eventuali noleggi prima di sabato, 17/06, devono partire entro sabato, 17/06.

Our overall experience with our stay here was amazing. The host provided beach chairs and toys for the beach. We had easy access to the beach and could easily hear the sound of the waves when we open the door. The easy access to the pool also made it great for the kids and everything was so easily accessible and convenient to get to. Throughout our entire stay, our host was very easy to get a hold of and got right back to us with answers to any of our questions. I would highly suggest staying here.

Overall, everything was good not great. The water had a very bad smell when you showered or did anything with hot water. The water smelled like sulfur or rotten eggs, after the third day the smell slowly slipped away. We let the owner know, on the first day and he said that was normal for the cities water to smell like that.Parking was as normal, beach view was fantastic, the room could’ve smelled better, but as far as cleanliness, it could be more clean smelling. One part that we were not expecting, was to be making our own bed. The accommodations were great, clean bed linens, clean towels, kitchen area was great, air-conditioning worked good, and most of all it was overall a decent stay.Pool code did not work, luckily those who stayed there had a different code to use.The furniture was not comfortable (wicker outside furniture) and was not worth the price, but we made it work. Bed itself was too plushy and we are used to more firm and sold beds like temperpedic. Which was not terribly bad.The walls were paneling and you can hear all the neighbors no matter the time of day. They were also remodeling upstairs every day we were there, we heard the sanding and cutting, even Sunday.3 stars for overall 5 stars for the communication and amenities 1 star for smell and water while showering
