Loved the property, response to inquiries were instantly answered. The only issue was the Hot water. It was not Hot enough for long enough to fill up the soaking tubs. We made due and boiled water for the soaking tub, there were plenty of pots and coffee machines to help us.

The Sea Crest property is beautiful and close to everything! We enjoyed both the pool area and the beach access! The condo was clean, has beautiful decor, and everything you could possibly need for your stay. A+ Excellent!

We love Seacrest. Great location and amazing bar. Pools are also the best. We had a small issue with water on our carpet and it was taken care of immediately. We did get a credit and a late checkout time due to a bit of inconvenience with the dryers in our room and that was appreciated. The room was clean and Jennifer came and let us in early because she saw me waiting by the room. She also helped with the water issue in a very timely manner. We will be back next year.

This is our 2nd time staying at Seacrest and we love it even more than last year. The unit was perfect for our family of four and has everything we are looking for…beach, pool, Pool Bar Jim’s and Coligny all close by! We were sad to leave but can’t wait for our next visit!

We had a great experience during our stay and the condo completely met our expectations (location, view, cleanliness, etc).
The only negative point and opportunity for improvement was towards the end of our stay we received a request to confirm when we were leaving and even after indicating we would be leaving by the checkout time of 10a, we received multiple reminders / requests to inform when we were out, and the door code was changed an hour or so before the scheduled check out time locking us out while we were trying to load up the car. In addition, house keeping also came by and knocked and asked us when we were leaving, well before 10am... so even though we were out before the check out time of 10am we felt very pushed by the rental company / housekeeping to leave which wasn't a great way to end the trip / stay.
We fully understand the rental company needs time to turn around and clean the condo before the next guests arrive but my recommendation is that the rental company re-evaluate their check out time / procedure for communication with the guests and change to an earlier time if 10a is not acceptable, making clear the amount of pressure that will be given, and/or inform the lock code will be changed ahead of time and that house keeping will stop by even when you informed what time you will be leaving, so the guests can be warned / prepare accordingly.

I have been to HHI several times in the past 20 years and this is the second time at this property and I will be back! Location, location, location!! Great pools and easy walk to everything!! Only complaint is that the beds in our unit were very hard so we did not sleep well, and water to dishwasher was off?

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. We felt it was very clean and nicely decorated and maintained. The view was just amazing!

The location is awesome and the view amazing! We got a little confused at check-in, but figured out the gate, garage, elevator and codes (lost in emails).
The condo was nice, but there’s an ongoing issue with the dishwasher, in which we read about. The dishwasher isn’t properly attached under the counter and loses power.
The other big issue is the king bed. It makes so much noise just barely getting into it or flipping over. And the mattress sags is the middle big time forcing you into the center of the bed like a canopy.
We loved looking out the windows or hanging out on either balcony with the view. We kept the balcony doors open with the screens closed to get the breeze and hear the fountains outside. We could walk to restaurants, shops, grocery and the beach! The on-site pool and pool bar were also major positives!

Perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at Seacrest and loved the location next to Coligny Plaza. We literally could have parked our car and walked everywhere that we wanted to go! Of course, we didn’t because there are so many other places to see in Hilton Head! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View!
We have been vacationing at Sea Crest for the past twenty years with our family. Building one, has a beautiful view of the water features, pool and ocean. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping and a grocery store across the street. Renting bikes is also very easy. We look forward to coming back every year!

Great Property with great location and amenities
The location of this property couldn’t have been better for our group, who had never been to Hilton head Island. The property and condo amenities were great and the condo was clean and well stocked.

Lovely condo but there was major construction in the unit next door. It could be noisy during the daytime.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a good location. Hilton Head was much busier than we expected in the middle of winter. The only complaint we had about the condo was that the front door makes a really loud noise when you open it and the king size bed mattress is really soft which was hard for us becuase we have bad backs. Also, there is not enough hot water in the hot water heater to fill the bathtub which was kind of annoying. The kitchen is really well stocked with everything you need and items are in really good condition.

We reported it to Maintenance who came by to look at it and agreed it needed to be repaired or replaced but it was neither repaired or replaced during our stay. Also the directions in the unit for Roku said to use HDM1 when it should have said HDM3.

First Time in HHI
Everything was very nice and clean. I always pictured Hilton Head being less crowded and quiet. Not the case for Sea Crest, at least the area we stayed. Coligny beach is the primary public beach and there was people every where. The shops and restaurants around are nice and easy to get to.

Sister Trip
Great condo. Facility and property is clean and well cared for. There are security gates which is a comfort. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants close by. Really liked having the option for having our beach chairs and umbrella set up for us daily. Handicapped accessible.

This unit was perfect for our family. While everything was nice and newer it was also very family friendly. Great views.

Had a good time just a couple little inconveniences
We had a great time and is a nice place however the door to my husband and I's room locks were broken and therefore lacked privacy with two children with us. The bathroom smelled like urine and the toilet must have been leaking and had red stains on the tile around it. We cleaned the floor and got rid of the urine smell but the stains stayed there. There were two lamps that would constantly flicker and not work properly. We had to move the couch to gather my toddlers toys and it was very very dirty under there. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time food and trash. I didn't want to look under anything else also so I didn't get grossed out. The entertainment center required multiple remote controls to operate, and half of the systems didn't function properly. It took several times to turn on cable, DVD player, etc. Overall the resort is very nice and we had a good time but I was not impressed with our condo at all, especially for what we payed for. We came to the same resort but a different room and it was around the same price and set up and was much nicer.

A wonderful holiday
We enjoyed this spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well maintained condo. Two balconies, one off a bedroom and the other off the living area provide a wonderful view of the beautiful landscaping, pools, beach and ocean. Exactly as is shown in the photos.
This property is well located for walking to excellent shopping and restaurants. Perfect for a day trip to Savannah.
All contact with Vacation Company was efficient and easy.
A perfect holiday and we hope to return sometime.
