Ubicato in Corona Del Mar, questo attraente condominio a 141 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Caratteristico monolocale privato con ingresso privato, a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia statale di Corona del Mar ea pochi passi da ristoranti, mercati, ecc. Letto full size e divanetto, TV a schermo piatto, Wifi. Bagno e armadio separati. Niente cucina ma un piccolo frigo. Macchina da caffè Keurig e forno a microonde, molto simile a una bella camera d'albergo.
Recentemente ristrutturato e molto pulito e accogliente. Teli mare e sedie a sdraio forniti.
Se il soggiorno è superiore a 31 giorni, non sono tenuto a pagare la tassa di letto del 10%.
Disponibile anche una grande villa con una camera da letto al piano superiore che può ospitare 4 persone. (Annuncio VRBO n. 832650).

Property is clean and comfortable. We slept well. Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We will definitely dray again in the future when it’s available and we need a short getaway.

The was very clean and comfortable. I like that there was laundry on site. The beach was in walking distance. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels. I highly recommend this cozy getaway.

Our stay at this Corona del Mar studio was wonderful! It truly is in the best location possible. Walkable to restaurants and cafes and the beach! We would wake up grab breakfast at the French cafe and then walk to the beach. We also brought our car and there was always parking available right by the entrance to the studio. Couldn’t have picked a better spot to celebrate my husband’s 40th.

Everything about this little studio is perfect. There are so many little shops on Coast Highway and it’s so close to a few local beaches. I drove to the beach every morning. I can’t wait to stay again!

This little nest was perfect, seemed so much larger than a studio. It was close to everything in Newport Beach. Clean, great community great communication from the host. Will be back!

We loved our stay here! The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe. We enjoyed the local coffee shop, Grounded Coffee and how close it was to the beach!

Colleen's Studio was a perfect fit for my husband and I when visiting our son and his family. The place was lovely - comfortable bed, loveseat, nice bathroom, and added conveniences of a Keurig coffee machine, small refrigerator, microwave and toaster. It was within walking distance to their home and PCH for a host of restuarants and coffee shops. We will definitely stay again!

Had the pleasure of staying at Colleen's studio, perfect centralized location to the beach and restaurants. Although we had an unexpected plumbing issue- Colleen was communicative and promptly fixed it and making our stay as comfortable.

Studio Del Mar is a cosy and well appointed place to stay. My wife and I travelled from Australia to visit family in the area. We found Colleen to be easy to contact and communicate with.
Studio Del Mar is easy walking distance from shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach.
The accommodation has convenient and private access. It provided us with all the amenities that you would find in a hotel including wifi, toilet/shower, snacks, comfortable bed and coffee.

After a long day of flight cancellations, I arrived late at night and found Colleen’s directions spot on. I was greeted with any amenities I’d need to feel like I arrived home. The apartment is cozy and in a great neighborhood right near restaurants, coffee bars and a short walk to the beach. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I were visiting our son, wife and grandson. This was a perfect place to stay. Great location-super clean. The host had provided everything we needed-coffee, cream and sugar, snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we come for another visit!

I felt well taken care of by my host. It’s a very comfortable and quiet studio, yet close to the PCH and all the conveniences there. Quick trip to Starbucks in the morning and walks down to the beach. Fantastic!

We had a nice bed, good water pressure in the shower, and a fresh cup of coffee on demand. Close to the friends we came to visit. Would stay again anytime.

Clean, cozy, thoughtful provisions, beautiful walks to ocean. Would stay again, but needs better airflow- like a fan or exhaust, since no a/c. Bathroom activities effect the air quality in main living area. Bed was very comfy but couldn't sleep in past sunrise when the home began heating up. Definitely stuffy in there, but opening windows & doors eliminates any privacy & security; nice safe neighborhood though. Hard for romance if you're shy.

Dark photos don't do the space justice. Small, yes, but well appointed and cozy. A stunning neighborhood, right in the heart of CDM, an easy walk to CDM beaches and all the restaurants on the PCH. Walk to Sherman Library or short drive to Rogers Gardens or Crystal Cove.
