Questa casa unifamiliare accogliente, soleggiata e recentemente ristrutturata si trova in un tranquillo quartiere familiare nel sud-ovest di Minneapolis! Ti piacciono sia un cortile anteriore che posteriore, e un sacco di parcheggi sulla strada proprio fuori dalla casa!
Ci sono 2 belle camere da letto w letti queen size, una camera con doppio rotelle per 4, e 2 posti letto extra sui divani nelle aree comuni. Raccogli nella mia nuova cucina gourmet per cucinare e creare pasti insieme! Divertiti, inoltre, in una sala ricreativa dove puoi goderti film, sport, giocare a carte e giochi accanto al camino! Oppure segui la France Avenue più a sud per pochi negozi fino a The Galleria Shops e Restaurnats, oltre al parco all'aperto unico e grazioso costruito attorno a stagni e un lago, chiamato Centennial Lakes. In inverno, vai a pattinare sul ghiaccio alla musica classica, e in estate, vai a giocare a golf in miniatura sul lago, e goditi concerti all'aperto in arena e gare di mini-barche a vela!
La mia casa si trova anche a pochi isolati dal Fairview Southdale Hospital e da tutte le sue strutture speciali. Questo è un ottimo posto per infermiere itineranti, medici, stagisti e altri operatori sanitari.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed, quiet home in the Minneapolis suburbs. Convenient location for seeing local sites and close to shopping. Excellent communication with friendly owner. Thanks, Mary, for making our twin-cities visit feel like home.

We enjoyed staying at Mary’s cute and cozy home. It was very easy to find and in a safe and family friendly neighborhood. We were in town to visit art museums and the University of Minnesota. It was a great location and the two living areas were very comfortable. Mary had everything we needed. I would say if you are a light sleeper ( we did have noise machines) the house is very close to the airport so there was quite a bit of noise from the planes flying over. We all felt the beds were very firm. But some 3-4 inch memory foam toppers would do the trick. We would stay here again.

This house was in a perfect location for our family get together. Quiet neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Walkable restaurants and grocery nearby.
Pet friendly but not fenced in backyard. Nearby parks were perfectly walkable for throwing the ball for the dog for a bit.
Mary was a great host who made us feel very welcome and answered questions quickly.
Air conditioning worked very well.
Two bedrooms with a basement with bed. The furniture was very comfortable.

We reserved the VRBO for a knitting get-away that 4 of us attempt to organize a couple times of year. The place was cozy and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed the comfy couches in the basement to sit, knit and relax while we binged a bit of Netflix. We had great and timely communication with the property management. Mary was very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

The host was very generous and accomodated early and late check in to fit our needs. House is perfect location, quiet and safe. Had everything to make us feel at home. Basement was cozy. Perfect place!

Mary is a super host! We were in Mpls for a family reunion and the location was perfect. Easy access to the airport and shopping. Quiet neighborhood where I enjoyed morning walks. We even did our "mandatory" walk around Lake Harriet on Sunday morning. Loved having the TV in the basement and the washer/dryer available. Alley parking was convenient.

We stayed here for a family wedding. The house was clean and in a great location. Lots of fun attractions within 15 minutes. Parks nearby to walk the dog. Check in was easy, and the owner responded quickly to questions we had. Would recommend this house for those looking in the area.

Our relatives from Germany enjoyed this house with all of the comforts of home. The location is great, and the young child enjoyed the back yard.

Mary's place was perfect for our stay. We slept well, enjoyed time in comfortable living room, used her well stocked kitchen for meal prep and the shady backyard patio for relaxing meals. The location was great for shopping, walking and visiting family and parks in the area. Mary was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended house.

All the Conveniences of Home
Beautifully and comfortably furnished with a kitchen that is as well equipped as mine. Great location to home base and explore Mpls. And Mary provides a list of places to explore. Great backyard with table, chairs and a gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mary.

Family reunion
We were in town for a family reunion of sorts. The pandemic has prevented us from visiting some older relatives and sadly we have lost three of them in the last year. We came (from SD, not too far but not too close either) this year to visit---we needed a nice, quiet, clean house for a small dinner party. We were not disappointed. The house is on a VERY quiet street, it was neat and tidy, plenty of space for us and our guests. Mary was attentive and helpful, all of her notes and instructions were easy to follow and right on the mark. We had a wonderful visit with our relatives and the house was the perfect setting. Thanks!

A great place to stay!
The home was just right for us! Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to other areas of the Twin Cities, near 2 nice parks, and lots of restaurant choices. The furniture was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We will be back!

Lovely Home
We had a very nice stay at the Sheridan House. Our family of 4 adults had plenty of room to relax, with comfy seating and a lovely cozy kitchen. We ;enjoyed the patio and used the grill a few times. Quiet neighborhood but so close to wonderful restaurants and the DQ - yum! Mary was very attentive, checking in to see if everything was ok. Would definately stay here again. A great home and location. Thanks Mary!

Excellent experience!
My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and were so happy with the whole experience. The house is homey and adorable, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Mary the property manager was amazing to work with. She was flexible with our changing schedule, available when needed and just a pleasant, generous and extremely helpful person. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommended!!

Shopping and visiting family
We were very comfortable in this house and enjoyed the location to great shopping and dining! Everything was clean and supplied nicely with extras to make it feel like ‘home away from home’ . I will come again.

Great Place to Stay in Minneapolis!
We had a great time staying here with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under 13). The house was perfect for us and the location was awesome (seemed like we were 15 minutes or less away from almost everything we wanted to do while we were in town). We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Cute little house with a nice backyard for everyone to enjoy. The house was stocked nicely.
We enjoyed our stay, as it was pretty close to all the places we wanted to visit. We enjoyed grilling on the new grill and sitting in the backyard. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were a little too firm, but everything else was great! Thanks Mary!!

Great cozy place
Myself and 3 sisters stayed a couple nights at the Sheridan House.
We all were very comfortable. Spent majority of time at the kitchen table playing dominoes, so did not enjoy the great entertainment area downstairs.
Mary was very accommodating, we were able to check in early and had the option to check out later. Clean linens, beds comfortable, towels set out.
All the necessities plus more were supplied. Loved the house furnishings and decor. We would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to stay again.
