Basta attraversare la strada dalla sabbia! Nuove finiture Euro-Style Contemporary - elettrodomestici commerciali, pareti a scomparsa, riscaldamento ad aria forzata e aria condizionata, patio con pozzi antincendio a gas naturale e barbecue guardando le onde, 55 'Smart TV, accesso internet ...
Non vi è alcun moquette in queste unità - solo lusso bambù e porcellana piani.
Le unità sono completamente arredate, le cucine completamente attrezzate. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani da spiaggia sono forniti. Abbiamo sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, tavole Boogie e giocattoli di sabbia. Abbiamo anche una tavola da surf e due beach cruiser da condividere.
VIETATO FUMARE e NO ANIMALI AMMESSI ovunque nei locali.
Cammina per 30 secondi fino alla spiaggia! Passeggiata ai ristoranti, gli affascinanti negozi del villaggio, il mercato degli agricoltori e la vita notturna sono tutti nelle vicinanze! Una volta che sei qui - non avrai bisogno di una macchina per esplorare Carlsbad - cammina fino a tutto!

A grand home in a great location overlooking the beach and ocean. Just walk across the street to the beach, or take an easy walk of 15 minutes to the downtown shops and restaurants.The house was spotless and tastefully decorated with all the needed amenities including beach equipment. The property host was the best - great communicator, friendly, available when needed, and very informative.

Beach/ocean view was fabulous, but we did not know about the ongoing construction, limiting access to 3blocks north or 3 blocks south. But great location and the house was wonderful. Thank you!!

The host was extremely responsive. The property was pristine-everything was super clean (and I look-I’m a nurse!). Very well appointed and user friendly. Great location with the fabulous ocean across the street and an easy walk to town for anything.

We stayed in the lower 2 bedroom unit for one week starting February 3. Unit is just as pictured and is a very nice option for staying in the area north of San Diego. The furnishings and the bed were very comfortable and all of the appliances in the unit were of excellent quality. The knives were sharp, the coffee maker was a Cuisinart, the laundry machines were top of the line. The kitchen was extremely well furnished and all previous renters have left a wide variety of spices to use. Some coffee was furnished, enough for 2 days and detergents for all appliances (dishwasher and laundry) were included. We were very happy to have chosen the lower unit as the stairs could have been an issue for us 75 year olds. The outside fire pit was very nice and the outdoor furniture was perfect.The location of the unit was perfect in our exploration of the coast, close to everything, much in walking distance. We took the Coaster train to San Diego for the day, a perfect way to visit the city.The only thing we disliked was the traffic on the road in front of the house. We knew the road (4 lane) was there and were prepared for it, but sometimes the noise was bothersome. Nevertheless, we would highly recommend this property. It is a gem.
