La nostra casa, Villa Sol y Luna è sul superbo Playacar Golf Course e si trova all'estremità nord del corso. Ciò rende la nostra casa ideale per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, shopping, traghetto per Cozumel, e tutti i meravigliosi ristoranti e locali a Playa del Carmen. A 5-10 minuti a piedi si mette sulla spiaggia o nel cuore della 5th Avenue, Playa del Carmen.
La nostra casa a Playacar, Villa Sol y Luna, è un posto meraviglioso per rilassarsi con la famiglia e gli amici. La nostra casa privata, giardini e piscina sono mantenuti quotidianamente dal nostro custode, e la nostra società di gestione immobiliare bilingue è disponibile ad aiutarvi con le gite, trasporti, o domande che potete avere. La nostra cameriera si prenderà cura di tutto il resto, 3 volte a settimana.
La Riviera Maya e Playa del Carmen hanno tutto da offrire per una vacanza; Spiagge di sabbia bianca, eco-parchi, Rovine Maya, ristoranti gourmet, negozi, pesca d'altura, snorkeling, immersioni, golf e un sacco di cultura messicana e ospitalità.

This house is awesome! Our kids loved the pool, the layout of the home works well for families, it is clean, and quiet. Cathy was great to work with, and very communicative. We literally have nothing bad to say about this house, and we have stayed at many, many vacation rentals. We moved from this house to a resort, and we would have preferred to stay at this house over the resort. The next time we come to Mexico, we will skip the resort and just stay here.

The space was great with medium size pool that was perfect for a dip for our five kids. Location and the proximity to beach and shopping is a bonus. The seven of us were upset we had to leave. The AC was unable to cool the first floor, including the bedroom where my wife and I slept, below 78 F. That was bearable for me although I found myself repeatedly telling people to close the sliding door. It was the broken fridge. On day two we shopped for our family of seven. Meat, poultry, and dairy went into a fridge which my wife thought was a bit warm. I insisted it was all the groceries we had just put in. Wake up next morning and used curdled cream in my coffee. That’s when we start to think something was wrong. The chicken and meat smelled. The cheese was soft, and butter smelled funky. It was 60 F in the fridge. Management sent out someone, we followed his directions, which included keeping the freezer on low. That night we fill up the fridge. Next morning fridge is warm again. We are a family of seven as much as we enjoy eating out on vacation it’s not economical or healthy I expect a working fridge at my rental. The repairman came back and said it would take a few days to fix The Manager and the owner should have known the AC and the fridge did not work. We wanted to stay but it wasn’t going to work out. I was hoping they would go out and got one of the fridges I saw at the MegaSuper. After discussion with VRBO the owner refunded our entire amount. We didn’t to leave.
