Dall'altra parte della strada, nella lussuosa Palm Beach Estates di Playa Grande, questa casa con quattro camere da letto è immersa in un grande parco paesaggistico con una piscina di fronte e la riserva naturale sul retro. C'è un nuovo patio coperto sull'albero sopra il garage per 2 auto. Se sei fortunato, vedrai scimmie urlatrici da lì o mentre torni dal tramonto sulla spiaggia isolata - e molti dei migliori ristoranti e bar di lusso di Guanacaste sono a pochi isolati di distanza.
La casa principale dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi, nonché di una pensione semi-annessa con camera da letto / bagno completo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti queen size e letti a castello, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size

We had a great stay in your beach house. The beach is close and we enjoyed the little community. We also really appreciated the beach wagon, boogie boards and beach chairs. The outside patio that was surrounded in screens was also great. The air conditioner in the room with the king size bed was far too loud and the guests in that room could not sleep. it would be great if some of the furniture could be updated/more comfortable. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend your place.

The house and location was amazing! We had a private chef come in and grill one for us and that was the best meal of the trip. All of the other restaurants food was top tier as well. 10/10 would stay here again if we come back to playa grande. Shawna was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

We had an excellent time! The house was perfect for us! Loved that there were two suites with attached bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, and there were lots of beach towels. Pool was great and offered both sun and shade areas. Grounds were beautiful and our favorite spot was the screened patio area. Felt very safe in the area. Shawna was a gem and so helpful answering our questions and arranging our transfers and also a golf cart rental for us! Proximity to the beach was awesome and the beach itself was probably the nicest I’ve ever been to! Perfect for long walks without tons of people. Beautiful sunsets. There are four restaurants within walking distance and several other options if you have a vehicle. If you want a peaceful, quiet stay (albeit for a bit of construction in the area which obviously is not the fault of the management company) this is the place for you!

House is a great size and layout. neighborhood is fantastic with great proximity to beaches and restaurants, etc. The screen room is particularly uNeful.
When in a country like Costa Rica you have to be prepared for bugs and critters. However, it is reasonable to expect efforts to be taken to minimize them. In this case, the property manager does not seem to care in the least. The very first night we killed half a dozen cockroaches and figured out they were coming out of the shower drain. We solved this for the stay by covering the drains when we were not using them which meant we only had a few more to deal with over the stay. A simple stainless steel screen could have been installed. Then we turned off the lights to go to bed but 15 minutes later turned a kitchen light back on there was at least 50 ants crawling all over the counters. We had only just arrived and there was NO food anywhere. We fogged the kitchen with raid but ultimately leaving the lights on in the main areas all night was the only way to control the situation. This took the ants down to a manageable situation. You could also see where the carpenter type ants were eating through doors from the bottom. We also had live crabs and a scorpion to deal with. If this was my house I would be concerned.
We checked out 2 days early and advised the property manager. We never received any form of acknowledgement or communication - none. Very unprofessional & in line with the standards we saw in use.
