Super good location and just far enough out of the busy to be quiet but close enough to walk to train street in 3 mins, 8 mins to Hoan Kiem lake. Staff were all friendly and could speak fluent English . Some awesome restaurants, boutique coffee and bakeries close by.
Nothing it was a great hotel

Lovely hotel really well located in the French quarter and 15mins walk to the old quarter. Tours are happy to pick up from here. Everyone has been lovely and more than helpful
The room and hotel are absolutely spotless so comfortable have used it as a base for day trips so staying here around a week in all and they have happily let me leave my large bag. Would recommend

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel made our wedding anniversary truly special and memorable. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room, and the entire team took excellent care of us.
From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, respectful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was exceptional throughout our stay.
In my opinion, this hotel is above the standard we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The location was also very convenient and close to everything.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!
