My Wife & I had a great stay at this apartment. It was a few relaxing days after a villa stay with family & kids. It's a great location close to excellent beaches and facilities. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils and more than enough kitchen equipment to prepare meals. Plus the bonus of air con in 3 rooms.
No balcony but we did know this and the price we paid reflected this.

Having stayed in many apartments in PDP over the years, from a location point of view this was by far the best. Quite literally across the road from the beach, which was very handy given that for some reason after last years total lack of any beach facilities whatsoever, this year there were no toilets available anywhere on the beach, so visits back to the apartment were quite regular. Very well appointed with the very necessary bonus of it having three A/C units, we are already looking at the possibility of booking it again next year.
There was a bit of a problem with the drains of the building which lead to some occasional smelly situations in the bathroom.
