Questo affascinante quattro camere da letto, tre bungalow bagno è immerso in un'oasi di verde vicino al centro città, l'Università del Montana, e un facile accesso ai vasti sistemi di pista Missoula.
Dispone di tre camere complete, una quarta camera con un futon estraibile e un divano-letto nel soggiorno al piano di sotto. Tre bagni con doccia, asciugamani e forniture di base doccia.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di elettrodomestici inox, forno a microonde, tostapane e tostapane, caffè stampa e altro. Aria condizionata per il comfort estivo e l'atmosfera di un camino a gas per i mesi più freddi dell'anno.

The location of this property is great... easy walking distance to trails and I enjoyed my morning walks through Greenough Park immensely - even saw 5 bears one morning! No worries, they were far enough away to not be worrisome. Location is also very close to U of M, downtown and easy access to interstate.
There were plenty of towels and linens and kitchen was well-stocked. Only complaint was lighting in the kitchen (too dark), but owner said he would address this.
Communication with owner was easy and quick. Thanks for the stay!

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Missoula. Plenty of room, great decor, very comfortable beds (loved the bedding), fully stocked kitchen and linen closets too! The best part was being able to walk everywhere! We hiked up to the “L” and the “M” on nearby mountain sides, got to campus easily, and over to the “hip strip” in no time; all less than one mile from the house. It was too easy to get to bakeries and and pastry shops! The host was welcoming and non-intrusive. The place felt like it was ours for the month we were there. I have stayed in many vacation rentals in the U.S. and this is by far one of the best. Thanks for a great visit!

Loved sitting outside on the porch swing! The house was clean and close to town, lots of room for friends and family. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced yard as well.

This property was very conveniently located for all of our family wedding events. We also found any stores that we needed, conveniently located as well. When we visit Missoula again, we would definitely choose this property!

Everything was very conveniently located to the house and after very busy days, swinging on the porch swing to unwind was heavenly! Wyatt was a great host!

Even with the hot weather we enjoyed coffee every morning on the covered porch and wine in the evenings. Our pooch loved the fenced yard.

Quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown, University and the nearby Rattlesnake Recreation Area. Layout was good with 4 separate bedrooms and two TV watching areas if you want to spread out. Enjoyed a long hike at Rattlesnake, and restaurants and shopping downtown were good.

I loved this VRBO. We drive out every summer from Milwaukee with our two dogs to visit our daughter. I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this bungalow. My favorite place to relax was on the beautiful front porch. The house was clean, air-conditioned ,quiet.and close to everything. We would definitely stay again!

Very roomy, warm and welcoming. Fantastic location - Easy to get to friends and family in the Rattlesnake. Super close to the highway (for easy access to places), downtown, great hiking trails, and the University. Very clean, and a relaxing environment. Everything about this home was great! The location is superb… Not far from hiking and mountain biking trails, but also very close to downtown. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. There is a beautiful fenced in yard that my Labrador loved! We cook steaks on the gas grill and relaxed on the front porch swing. I will be renting this home again!!!

We stayed here over graduation weekend with six family members. The house is in great condition and things are set up nicely for a larger group. I would definitely stay here again if I needed something animal-friendly and multiple bedrooms. Thank you, Wyatt!

Wyatt was fantastic to work with! He was responsive, helpful and approachable. The house was perfect for our needs- close to downtown, walkable to the University, but still right by the hiking trails. We had 2 pups with us, and it was totally doable to have them stay with us there. We stayed at the house for a few months while looking for a house locally, and Wyatt was super understanding and helpful. I honestly don't know what we would have done without him! I am only giving him 5 stars because I can't give him more with the rating system- I would give him 10 out of 5 otherwise!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this bungalow in a historic neighborhood very close to downtown! If you like hiking, you're just a block or two away from one of the "L" trailheads. You're also just a couple of minutes' drive from all downtown restaurants and attractions, as well as the riverfront. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the shaded front porch, either hanging out in the porch swing or eating meals at the table.
